We attended both Manchester clinic for transfers and Liverpool clinics for bloods and scans. Everyone who looked after us in both areas, from consultant, nurses and patient liaison was just so caring. I (understabdably) oput a lot of pressure on myself for all three of my rounds and quite obviously wanted to do everything right, so i always had a lot of questions and some probably quite silly but i was never made to feel that way. Everyone always helped me and calmed my nerves. Linda always explained things to me so i could understand what was happening in my own body at all times - which helped me to feel more in control, in a very uncontrollable situation. Which really helped me. We finally got pregnant our 3rd try and am currently 13 weeks pregnant. After both failed attempts, my medication and approach to the next transfer was changed according to my bodies needs, which gave me a renewed hope and resilience to keep going, and 3rd time lucky we got there. I'm so grateful for everything and everyone. Every bit of the ups and downs was worth it to get here. Praying for safe pregnancy and delivery. Thank you Create.

I signed up to the Webinar and was told that I would receive a £50 voucher off an initial consultation. I was initially quite impressed by the information given in the webinar and asked a question regarding having fertility testing. As someone who has only recently started looking into private fertility centres and is not 100% sure that IVF is a route I want or need to go down, imagine my disappointment when, upon trying to book my initial consultation, I am being told that, unless I commit to having IVF they will not perform any tests on me to even inform me of whether IVF is a viable or suitable option for me. I have given one extra star to be fair to the fact that their treatments may be good, but I would now be wary of using this company, should I decide to go down the treatment route, due to feeling as though I would be given treatment after my initial consultation whether or not it is the right option for me. Surely part of an initial consultation should be to ensure you are comfortable proceeding.

We had our treatment with Create last year after moving from a different fertility clinic.
All the staff are brilliant, from the admin team to the nurses and doctors. All so caring and helpful. Our treatment resulted in our now 3 month old son and we will forever be grateful for them helping to complete our family.

We are currently one cycle into a multi cycle package and so far we are very happy with our treatment at Create St Paul’s.
Our patient coordinator is Isobel, and she has been wonderful. She is very prompt in replying to emails and answers our endless questions. She takes the time to explain everything to us, even double checking with the doctors if we have further questions.
She is in clinic most days that we have been there and is always available for a chat. She makes us feel very well cared for, not just another number.
Everyone we have encountered at Create has been wonderful so far, and we feel positive heading into our second round.

Create was the second fertility clinic we used.. they were like a breath of fresh air. No one can prepare you for fertility treatment, but from the admin staff to the nurses, consultants and embryologists the staff at Create treat you like people, ensuring you are informed and cared for throughout the whole process. Yes they made having our baby boy possible, but they did so with compassionate, kindness and understanding making the process (setbacks included) so much easier.

We had our 1st IVF cycle at CREATE and were supported by such lovely staff throughout. They made the stressful and emotional experience so magical and it honestly couldn’t have gone any better. Our patient coordinator Taylor is an angel sent from heaven. If not for her, we wouldn’t have our little miracle baby after three hard, long years of trying. Dr Kabiri was amazing and we are so grateful for all that they did for us. We would highly recommend.

My husband and I would like to thank all of the staff at Create Fertility in Tingley Leeds. My patient co-ordinator Taylor was the best! She really did go above and beyond.
I would also like to say a massive thank you to Dr Sedler what a lovely human being he is, so calm, caring and very reassuring. The nursing staff Zar Zar and Elles were so helpful every step of the way.

My partner and I have been patients at the Wimbledon CREATE Fertility clinic, and after much consideration, we decided to cancel our 3-cycle package , for several serious reasons.

Firstly, I was extremely disappointed that nobody contacted me for over two months during treatment. It honestly felt like we were completely forgotten about at one point , despite having a full 3-cycle package booked.

Communication in general was awful, both during treatment and throughout the complaints process , with emails often taking weeks or even months to get a reply. That’s completely unacceptable when you’re going through something as emotional as IVF.

Secondly, there was a major issue with my partner’s sperm sample that I believe was negligent on CREATE’s part. His sample was tested 18 months before our egg collection, yet the clinic still went ahead with ICSI , which failed to fertilize. A week later, my partner was suddenly told his sperm was in very poor condition and that he urgently needed to provide a frozen sample at a large cost, for the next round. I can’t understand why this wasn’t properly checked before putting me through IVF in the first place. Why wasn’t a frozen sample taken beforehand? Why proceed with fertilization knowing there were risks? Why not freeze my eggs and try again under better conditions?

When we first spoke to CREATE, we were told that a donor egg would probably be our best option. Then, completely out of the blue, we were contacted by a consultant called Hannah with a “Christmas offer” encouraging us to try with my own eggs instead. This felt more like a money grab than genuine medical advice tbh , but we decided to give it a try.

Straight after waking up from general anaesthetic following my first egg collection, I was handed a QR code asking me to leave a positive review , while I was still groggy and drugged up! I found that incredibly unprofessional and insensitive.

After all of this, we’ve now been told that CREATE are refusing to refund nearly all of our money, despite everything that has happened. It feels as though they are doing everything possible to keep our payment, even though the service and duty of care have fallen far short of what’s expected from a fertility clinic imo.

To be clear, I’m not upset that the treatment didn’t work , I fully understand IVF has no guarantees. What I’m devastated by is the way we’ve been treated: the lack of communication, the negligence, and the overall sense that profit came before proper patient care.

This entire experience has taken a huge toll on my mental and physical health. IVF is already such a difficult and vulnerable journey, and I expected CREATE to provide genuine care and transparency , not poor communication, oversights, and sales tactics.

While many of the staff are personally kind and pleasant, the way this clinic is run feels chaotic, disorganized, and focused more on profit than patients. I’ve completely lost confidence in continuing any treatment here.

Patients going through something as sensitive and life-changing as IVF deserve far better communication, honesty, and compassion than what we’ve experienced at CREATE.

I would not recommend CREATE Fertility to anyone.

I had the pleasure of having Taylor be my patient coordinator. She has been very attentive and supportive through out this whole process. I would also like to thank Zahra the lovely girl who made me feel comfortable upon taking my bloods as needles make me nervous. Thanks to Leeds Create.

Everyone is exceptionally kind and caring. I’ve just had my embryo transfer this morning and it was so nice to see the same faces, they really take care of you and talk you through each step of the journey. Fingers crossed I’ll add one more to their excellent success statistics

They were excellent from a medical perspective but their administration is terrible
No direct call lines so can’t get through to person you want. Always call backs.

Tested our embryo’s without consent and tried to charge us. You are unable to have a discussion with anyone. It makes it a very stressful experience given you are stressed anyway. Poor to little emotional intelligence

The company is always on time and they are helpful. They are all friendly especially the doctors and the nurse. They always welcome you thank you ❤️

Communication is shocking; no responses to emails, and no updates on the current balance. No shows to follow-up meetings and no consideration for data. 2 failed cycles, and they went silent. Not sure if we will get our money back

We have been lucky to have a successful treatment with create fertility. However, despite that, the team have been brilliant throughout our treatment from the very beginning starting medication up until discharge.

Everyone is so kind and approachable from the care co-ordinators, the reception and admin team, and the nursing and medical team. We have been really well looked after throughout our whole experience.

My egg freeze experience was excellent. From the very beginning my journey was kind, supportive and professional with no hidden costs. Their duty of care is outstanding. I highly recommend this clinic. I am grateful I had my procedure at ABC create x x

I had such a great experience with Create Fertility. From start to finish I was made to feel comfortable, encouraged and well informed. The friendly doctors, nurses and members of staff were always so supportive and there every step of the way through my journey to getting pregnant on my second attempt at IVF. My little boy was born at the end of last year and it wouldn’t have happened without everyone at Create Leeds. He has made my life complete and I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone.

Really poor communicators, expecting £21k for treatment yet have chased copies of a scan over a 6 month period multiple times complaining to no avail. despite multiple promises still nothing. has damaged the trust if cannot get on top of basic administration. This is a geniune review and complaint and it's frustrating you can communicate here but not properly where it matters. Fertility is time sensitive and stressful enough you should be on the ball.
You can respond a negative review on here but not email when contacted direct. Yet you still haven't sent the information we paid for despite acknowledging the mistakes.

All staff was very welcoming on our first appointment. They were very reassuring and helpful to any questions we had.
