Had a bit of a complaint with their advertising and import costs (Brexit issues in the end) and their customer services listen, were fair and meeting me half way. Great experience and quality bag. Thank you.

They sent me a confirmation email and then sent me an email weeks later saying they over sold their product and had to give me a refund.

This steel flat flask from crumpler is my biggest water bottle ..so I will use it for summer use..and my smaller ones I will use for quick trips or winter use..I use them primarily for a water for taking prescribed tablets..expensive but I thought it was the best on the market. Nice in various colours but the only colour available to me was white..

As always Crumpler comes up top. Excellent bag. Super lightweight, fits more than you think. Easy and comfortable to wear. Purchased for city use and travel. Been using this brand for maybe 20yrs now …messenger bag slung across, zipping through London traffic on a Vespa. Love Crumpler

Have always liked crumpler. I had an issue with a bag and sent emails/webforms/phone calls to try and resolve it. Customer service was dismal. Dissapointing.

Extremely well made courier bag. Really spacious with so many compartments and well thought out spaces. Great attention to detail and design.

Crumpler bags used to be incredible, I have been using their bags for 15 years and it was finally time for an update, I needed something bigger for my laptop. I basically got the same bag I had but scaled up. Here’s the deal- the great bag layout and design is there; but they no longer use the same materials that they used to. My old bags strap was thicker than a seatbelt. With the new bag I feel it could break if I snagged on something. The prices have gone up but the bags no longer have that special premium feel. If you are after that old Crumpler feel, I’m sorry but it’s gone. If you have money to splash and you like the aesthetic of Crumpler bags, you MIGHT be satisfied. I spent nearly £200 on my bag, I feel a little cheated though with the poor material use.

I had a query about free shipping with an order, it didn't get applied, so asked for clarification before the order was sent. No reply from customer server either way.

Not impressed with the quality compared to my old Crumpler messenger bag. The material of the bag and shoulder pad feel very cheap and flimsy in comparison. Added to this who ever designed the third arm (strap system) needs to change jobs.

Just to reply to the comments I bought it in the sale so it actually costs £89.90. So maybe customer support at crumpler also needs to change jobs or at least be honest. Also the shoulder pad and third arm are the same on these more expensive bags so I would have had the same complaints if I had spent more...

Been asked to review before the order has arrived. Ordered on 15th Nov and nothing yet. Tried contacting Crumpler but they didn't respond until I enquired through Paypal. I understand there are some issues with dispatch at the moment and that is fine but some communication would be great, this was supposed to be a birthday present but totally missed that and now I've no idea if the bag will be here for Christmas.

I love the quality and look of Crumpler backpacks. It is too early to tell whether my new purchases will last, but my 10 year old pack is still in great condition despite being used every other day.
