Stylish quality bag with lots of pockets as expected of Crumpler. Delivery from Netherlands took a bit longer to Uk than quoted, but I’ll be using this practical bag for years so no matter.

Love Crumpler, I have many items and can't fault any of them.

Over the years, my Crumpler Mullet has served me very well. But as more cables, connectors, USB bits and bobs need to be carried around, I realised a bigger solution was needed and the Director's Cut has proved to be an ideal solution - strong, lightweight and weatherproof. Plus a Zippie pouch to keep cables in one place. The only suggestion I'd request is for a pocket to keep old-style business cards - but this case is a brilliant product!

If the photos/ video/ description on Crumple's website had been more accurate, I'd probably have chosen a different bag, to be honest. There's nothing outright wrong with it, but it's a bit 'meh'.
Delivery on the other hand was astonishingly awful, right up to delivering it to a neighbour and not telling me, so I thought it was lost/ stolen for a week and spent hours trying to track it down.

My bag broke within a month and took 7 months to be replaced. Company not based in UK, but in Europe and impossible to deal with.

This bag is sleek and robust, fits my canon M50 well with its standard 45mm lens, but very tight with the 50mm lens (Any larger lens will not be possible).

The only downside is that it feels loose around my waist (28 inch). It would be great if they can shorten the belt even more but I just wear it across the shoulder now.

I love my new backpack, but a bit disappointed as one of the zips has fallen off, which I didn’t expect.

I have a number of Crumpler bags, one of my camera bags (about 20 years old) has been all over the world and is still in constant use. When I was looking for a day bag for walking my dog I therefore turned to Crumpler. As there are no longer any stores in the UK I ordered online. The bags (my husband wanted on too) arrived quickly and we are so pleased with them - the usual crumpler quality and thoughful design.

Excellent product (Dinky Di Messenger), the second I have owned (the first is still in use, I just wanted something newer and a change of colour).
Good customer support -when I experienced difficulties in arranging shipping- (the bag is distributed from the German branch/distributors for UK orders).
Supplies seemed erratic as the messenger bag I wanted would appear for a few days on-line and then sell out quickly (a good sign of popularity, not so good for me), a quick email to Crumpler and they provided me with a useful approximate date for their next restock/delivery of that particular bag, and that worked well.
Very happy with the bag, recycled materials, great finish, and uniquely Crumpler.
