Great product, pity about delivery via DHL and then passed to An Post leading to delay in receipt.

there is not much to say, which is good.

i would have preferred a different process, as all delivery services in berlin are problematic and i prefer to purchase for local businesses, but the backpack itself turns out to be what i expected.

Crumpler bag is excellent!

Their bags are great, but recently their customer service is terrible. They do not respond to e-mails or Facebook messages. I have a faulty bag that I'd like to get repaired or exchanged, and I can't get in touch with them. Very disappointing since I've been buying their products for many years.

Have a bag that has begun to tare, so need repair, Crumpler offers 5Y garanti, but since they don’t Pick up the Phone, don’t answer Info@crumpler or Repair@crumpler it is easy to promote, when you never will honor it. I will most likely need to have a new bag - It will not be a crumpler

The bag I ordered looks really nice, quality is amazing and I just can’t complain about anything.

I ordered a bag on 4-1-2022. I never got an Invoice for my bookkeeping. I send 4 requests for this per email. I received the automatic delivery confirmation but never got any reply.
I also asked for “Umkehrung der Steuerschuldnerschafft” like every business should suppose to do. This because it was a business purchase. Now my bag is 20% more expensive due to their lazy organisation.
For at least 15 years I was a happy Crumpler-customer. But now I will never buy one bag/sleeve or whatsoever again. The aftersales is a bloody shame since Bagmania Germany is handeling this.

I had questions about one bag and emailed their customer service: very helpful. I'm very happy with the experience and the product I chose.

The quality of the toploader camera bag purchased was excellent. Unfortunately it’s description was not. Consequently it could not accomodate the medium sized SLR it was advertised and ment for. Have to find some other use for it in the future, maybe SLR’s get smaller?

A very fast delivery, accurate product descriptions and a great assortiment. The sleeve is protecting my laptop very well.

they used to have lifetime warranty, which they didnt honor in my case. in general good bags, but not very happy with their customer service.

I accidentally bought the Light Delight 8 years ago and I am still using that bag as my main and only camera bag. After washing it still looks brand new although I use it for trips and hobby photo shoots. I expanded my collection with a FrontRow messenger and contacted the support with multiple question regarding the messenger bags they offer. The support was professional and gave honest answers every time. I hope this bag will last at least as long as my other one.
