Everything went like a dream. I missed their one o’clock deadline for next day collection by about an hour but they still picked the bike up and delivered the following day. Better service than they were contracted to do.

Wanted to send my son's bike to him at uni in Manchester from down in Hampshire. £23 seemed very reasonable so I booked online and got an email to say that it would be picked up later that day. Van turned up literally an hour later and the bike was up in Manchester the next day. So make sure your bike is all boxed up before you book!!

Swift and personal service, efficient comms via email and more importantly the box arrived on time and the bike arrived in one piece. Recommended.

Great service. Easy to follow instructions, on time, person I could email to clarify a couple of my own queries and this gave me the reassurance that my bike would be looked after, and it was - the recipient was very happy too!

Check the detail before ordering, I selected 'next day option' on a tuesday and got an email saying the item would be collected on the Friday to be delivered in the Monday.. this is not 'next day'.
No response over 2 days of phone calls and emails, then some limited email contact emerged with an offer to amend order (more towards the 'next day' I purchased) at an additional cost.
Poor customer service from Cycle Sent team and slow responses, no advance notice or communication from actual couriers, only emailing me to say it had been delivered which is stating the obvious rather than issuing adequate tracking through the day instructions.
Very unprofessional outfit, I had purchased a bike through ebay and had to rely on the good nature of the seller to be on hand with changing instructions.
I will not use this company again, and as part of a big cycle community will make my best efforts to advise people not to use this service.
Fell ripped off for having to pay extra to actually guarantee the 'next day' I actually purchased from the go.

Sort your website out, make your service more clear, invest in an answer machine and call your customers back. I would guess from other reviews there's plenty who would not risk this service again

Can't fault, excellent communication and item collected and delivered on time and in perfect condition. Had read mixed reviews but had no issues with the service I received.

I recently used this service for the first time. Not only did I find the price reasonable in comparison to other courier services but the service was faultless. Within 3 days they had sent a box on to the seller, picked the bike up the following day then delivered to me the day after!! Will be defiantly using this service again.😊

Terrible company to deal with. Did not meet a single commitment on time. Never kept me informed unless I contacted them repeatedly first. Now not replying to any of my emails.
