Buyers beware they aren’t who they present themselves to be

Not sure what’s going on but my gut tells me scam. I ordered a duvet cover two weeks ago. My card was charged. Every single day since then I get two sometimes four emails send within nano seconds of each other the first one says “your order has been shipped” and immediate after the second email says “your order is awaiting shipment”. Calling the 800 number just rings busy. Looking up the company in WhoIs of course Chinese company with an Allentown PA address. I wouldn’t buy from these people - no product and no way to reach them and misrepresent who they are.

Tardy and confusing delivery updates. Terrible

Unfortunately shipping and shipping updates are lacking optimum efficiency. There are many companies out there that despite the COVID (excuse or not), perform amazingly from start of sale til delivery. Much improvement and honest disclosures are something your company needs to pay attention to.

If I could give 0 stars I would

Update - Dalabshop won't refund my money because their refund policy allows cancelation only within first 24 hours and they did ship my item. This is a total scam!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on 12/4. It said it would be here by 12/24. It's 1/10/22 and it's still not here. They keep telling me to wait, it will be here in a few days. A few days passes and it's not here. The tracking number doesn't show any information beyond 12/26. I fear this may be a scam site. Just sent an email to request a refund. We'll see how that goes.

POOR QUALITY

I waited about a month for this item to arrive. I was so disappointed because it was poor quality. Instead of a comforter (as it appears) it was more of a sheet or comforter with no cotton and two pillowcases. The picture on the website can be deceiving. I asked for a refund and they said the item is as described and not elgible for a refund. I would love to exchange it. I sent a second refund request email and still waiting on a response!

Too Slow

I ordered this on the 11th and the item still has not been shipped and today is the 22nd.

Buyer Beware!

Beware! Customer service is non-responsive and my rug never arrived after more than 1 month. Ships from China and their tracking system is not relevant to tracking the package in the U.S. Buyer beware!!

They spelled Bryant with an i on my Lakers hoodie!!

I bought my son a Lakers hoodie for Christmas. Bryant is spelled wrong!!! Who spells Bryant with an i? Unbelievable. Theres no way to call. The number provided gives a busy signal. Ill never buy from this company again.

SCAM! Don’t order from this company!!!

Horrible. I have no idea where my order is and it’s been almost a month. I ordered a quilt with my husband’s alma mater as his only Christmas present. I have 33 emails from this company saying the order has shipped and then it’s awaiting shipment. Back and forth these automated emails switch. I’ve sent messages to support numerous times with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMAPNY. Either they’re that incompetent or is a scam. I’m filing on them now.
