I Just received a response from Dalabshop,What Dalabshop stated what happened about our order was not true, we did respond right away they wanted copies of our credit card and we didn't feel comfortable so that's why the order was not processed.

I am back to RAVE about my product. I ordered a custom duvet cover for my Liverpool obsessed son’s bedroom. The product is absolutely gorgeous. I previously gave a less than stellar review about the customer service and website, as I think it needs some transparency (items take a while to ship, phone won’t be answered, email is best), but if you have the patience, I HIGHLY recommend this site. I waited impatiently (don’t realize it would take 3 weeks), but my product is definitely worth the wait and better than the online pictures! So be patient and be aware that it will be worth the wait! Five stars!
