What I thought would be an emotional experience, turned out to be nothing of the sort. I found from the outset that the courteous, knowledgeable and reassuring advice I received from our funeral director gave us complete confidence that we had done the right thing by contacting Dignity to arrange our funeral’s.
The service we received was second to none.

This was a very smooth and painless experience carried out by superb advice from Charles Wood Funeral Home in Brighouse. Would highly recommend

The two kind ladies that set it up. Cheryl & Angela have both done a great job, as I have anxiety, and they were very kind to me.

I cannot praise Graham Sullivans funeral directors in Morriston enough.They were respectful at a very difficult time , but guided me gently through the organisation of my Mums funeral . It turned even better than I expected and many of my friends and family were impressed just how lovely the venue and the service was .

The proactive, prompt and symphathetic manner that Gurdeep Sandhu handled the communications with me was just amazing!!! The process of arranging a personal funeral plan touches so many emotional areas but to remain pragmatic is important. Gurdeep gently took me through all the points to understand and guided me on the options I needed to decide on, making sure that I did not get stressed. Very, very professional and compassionate service!!!

Staff at Westerhope store all friendly, caring and professional. Lots of empathy and patience. They made one of the worst days of my life more bearable. Will be forever grateful for how they looked after my wife.

In such a sad time, dealing with Dignity (formerly Golden Leaves) was absolutely abysmal. My gran passed away in a care home on a bank holiday. The local funeral director was called to take her, as it was upsetting for the other residents.
The next morning, we phoned the number provided — only to be shouted at by a member of staff. It was horrendous. We couldn’t even comprehend that this was happening while we were grieving.
Since then, my gran has been moved all around the county like she was a parcel, not a person. The whole experience has been dreadful from start to finish. This company has shown zero compassion and handled neither my gran nor our family with any dignity whatsoever.
Don’t waste your money. Choose anyone else, it’s money grabbing on the vulnerable. I’m very pleased calls are recorded, I will be asking for a recording.

The team are fantastic, they support you through a difficult time and make the funeral process quite easy to do, everything is taken into consideration even family members with different opinions. I am truly grateful for the send off my mum, dad & stepdad have had with Dignity.

From the first phone call to the day of the funeral everything was explained well from arranging the details to the personal bits. I cannot thank Alexander and dry enough, in particular Vicky who was a rock when my world had fallen apart. Thankyou for helping me give my husband the send off he deserved.

My husband husbands funeral couldn't have been better. W S Harrisons from Newcastle upon Tyne from contacting them I received nothing but care and compassion. They did everything that I asked them to do. Answered every question I asked. His funeral was lovely and full of love. The celebrant was one of a list that Harrisons had. She was amazing and the Eulogy was lovely. Everything couldn't have been better. Someone actually said to me they had never been to such a lovely funeral

This company is doing their best i could not have asked for anything else, as you are in a very stressed place, they explained everthing without rushing you. Very happy with them.

We as a family found the staff from Forsters Funeral Services to be very helpful,caring and considerate. Any special requests we wanted were always met. Darran was treated with the upmost respect at all times. On the day of the funeral, Jamie was a real gentleman in the way he handled things.

Totally impressed by it all especially funeral director Amy! Everything I requested was delivered even though some might be considered 'out there' I wanted a very specific funeral arrangement and I got it! Kudos to Amy, give her a pay rise!
