I terminated service mid Aug '22. After 5 mos I still don't have my $100 refund! I get a diff story every time I call. It's infuriating. I'm close to giving up.

Top Notch Customer Service
I couldn't have been more pleased with the rep that helped me. Conner(sp?) fielded so many questions that I had for him as well as spent time explaining my options. I had been shopping for a TV provider for a few weeks and made many phone calls. His customer service skills alone are what made me choose DirectTV.

Courteouse service.
The phone call was very informative and went very well. However, I was promised a $100 gift card for my subscription and after all is said and done, while going through the accompanying e-mails, the offer was reduced to $25.00. What a crooked way to start a two year relationship.

Took 5 times to get direct tv set in them they told me I couldn't use my card cause it wasn't a commercial bank good thing I checked cause it took 100 bucks off my card..hot me feeling skeptical now tried asking on if u signed up for direct tv u could get 150 dollar visa card nobody got back with me on that I'm totally new haven't had cable un over 10 years experience trying to set direct tv not good...

My customer service experience was phenomenal.
The agent that helped me was very informative, honesy, and to top it off, he was funny. I never felt pressured. In fact the more he talked the more excited I got about having the service. I will definitely refer Directv.

Just having trouble getting the Internet verified for the installation. Tried to call a a couple times and no body seems to be able to vefify it.
