I terminated service mid Aug '22. After 5 mos I still don't have my $100 refund! I get a diff story every time I call. It's infuriating. I'm close to giving up.

Better than U-Verse!!
Prices are so much better than what we had with U-Verse! The remote is very easy to use! The color on all 6 of our tv's is superior to what we had prior. Installer was very friendly & knew what he was doing! We are enjoying our Direct TV!

Customer service at its best👍
I had the privilege of speaking with two (2) CSR'S they were both very polite maintained control of the call they were both very knowledgeable of all products, service, and promotions available in my neighborhood. Based solely on the professionalism and plain out realness of each rep. I successfully ordered services with both today and I'm already more then satisfied, thanks ladies.
