Never received my full order

Placed and paid for a treatment couch on DEC 15th , once payment was taken the sales person (Adil) became rude stating when I enquired about shipping dates “ I’m not customer service ,phone the office” when I said I’ve tried numerous times and no one answers could you check for me he replied “ I’m not going to repeat myself, is there something wrong that you can’t use a phone”
The delivery arrived missing part of my order, three months later I still haven’t received it or a refund.
They don’t reply to emails or texts, phoning them is also useless if you do get someone to answer they state they can’t help you.
Definitely the worst company I’ve dealt with in my 30 years of being in business.
I’m now having to start legal proceedings to get my paid for item or a refund.
Avoid DIR, there are many other trustworthy company’s to do business with.

I really wish I could leave a 0/5. As a company, we have spent nearly £20k on salon furniture with DIR. The backwash units that we have, have continuously broken since they day that they were installed. We have had plumbers fixing these at least once a month, with no explanation from DIR as to why they are selling furniture that is not fit for purpose. I used their webchat to try to resolve this issue which was immediately cut off. I then messaged again and was instructed to not contact the webchat again. Bite the bullet and just spend the extra on Pietranera backwash units. Shocking.

I wouldn’t be give them a 1 Star

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF wouldn’t give them a even a 1 star ! ! That’s to much ... the customer service is beyond shocking , I have never experienced it in my life. , even suggested that I had broken the trolleys myself even though they where faulty after being replaced ! The level of customer service here is great when u buy from then but if u experience any problems or need to speak to a manger they are rude and very unprofessional!! I would not buy from this company again unless u have money to throw away !!

AVOID TERRIBLE COMPANY

Ordered salon chairs on 27th February and have still not received them! Took double the amount from my bank and refuse to refund!!! LYING THIEVES! AVOID as you won't get your goods or money from them!!!!

DIR is run by the rudest people I ever…

DIR is run by the rudest people I ever spoken to. Like many of the other reviewers, we are owed money and they just refuse to return it to us, the london office tells us to call birmingham, birmingham tells us to call london, they make you run around in circles. They lie to you saying refund has been processed and will be with you 3-5 working days, it never does after calling for weeks on end. Amazingly theres never anyone in charge that i can speak to.

Please please please save yourself the headache and DO NOT give these criminals your business. What they are doing is simply daylight robbery, absolute scumbags. I really wished i read the reviews before making an order. Avoid like the plague.

Its took a while for me to right this…

Its took a while for me to right this review as ive been so angry with the service provided as well as trying to give them plenty of time to respond to me.

If my items were not damaged then I would say the quality is good

But unfortunately one mirror arrived damaged. The lights on the other mirror dont work, and the backwash came scratched. So overall im extremely unhappy with this and the fact nothing has been offered no replacement or % of money back.

In regards  to delivery time I was told they had everything  in stock when I enquired except for the backwash which would be a 5 week wait. I was happy with this and agreed and paid. Then after 6 weeks and hearing  nothing I decided  to chase this up to then be told that they was waiting  on the mirrors to arrive in stock which means they either lied or sold the mirrors in stock to someone else. It got worse from here and different information given weekly.

To cut a long and very stressful story short from ordering in April and being told 5 weeks for everything  I had to wait till August to receive what I ordered which is a lot longer than 5 weeks.

It all came in dribs and drabs and part of the order was also wrong. So in the end I'm left with damaged items that they are not willing  to replace and ignore all communication regarding this and the wrong bases to my chairs.

Trying to speak with them is like a nightmare on repeat. They have a mixture of we will try to help you staff, and we don't give a crap lets hang up on you staff who are rude and aggressive in the tone they speak with you.

I would strongly  advise against ordering  with them especially of you are in need of furniture quickly as the communication and delivery times are awful.

Also with regards to the grey hairdressing chairs I would not reccomend them if you are wanting them on show, as they are not colour proof and stain very easily. So if your buying them for looks then there is no point as im now looking for covers for mine or new ones.

If your ordering for a hair and beauty salon i would advise you to check in the hair and beauty Facebook groups 1st as you will find most salons in there do not reccomend this company  and have all had a bad experience with them.

I've never left a bad review in my life as if I have issues with a company we generally always resolve it as thats good customer  service. Unfortunately after being ignored and no replacement offerd I have no choice but to do this and am looking into legal advice on what I can do next to see if I can get any replacements or part or all of my money back.

Right now I would strongly reccomend you to look at other companies before ordering from here. wWhich is a shame to say as they sell some lovely stuff but with no customer service and the chance of damaged goods that won't be replaced its not worth the risk.

Terrible customer service rude

Terrible customer service rude. Avoid this company. I ordered a bed and cancelled the following day after seeing reviews this order hadn’t even been processed. This was 11 September was told I’d be refunded nothing recieved yet. I called them and apparently the director who does the refunds was at a show in London????? During covid I realise companies have been short staffed and work from home but this is on another level. I’ve reported to my credit card. Stay away it’ll save a lot of stress.

Awful service

Awful service, selling stock they don’t have. Past pillar to post. Birmingham sales / logistics are the worst I have come across. Taken out money and no products (for over two weeks now) - have had to keep calling and calling. Do not use. Awful company

Still the same awful awful company do…

Still the same awful awful company do not no how u r still open ordered my salon chairs on the 11th of june give up on getting them so asked for a refund to be lied to again and again money should go in in 7 to 10 working days. That was the 24th Aug then to be told it should of gone in this monday the 7th sept no not in yet to ring up to be told friday at the latest all lies so off u pop the bank can investigate u now. Dont not use this company unless you want robbing because that is what they r thieves I do not now how they sleep at night con men the lot of them ......

Awful

Awful. Was lied to every week when asked when my goods were to be delivered. Shockingly rude customer service and I was caused an awful amount of stress prior to the opening of my new salon because I could not trust their promise of the products arriving on time. The reception desk is broken and I’m still awaiting a replacement , however o will not be holding my breath .

Placed an order on the 24th August. Heard nothing from the company to confirm my order or dispatch etc. Spent £600. I rung them a week later to see when the items would be dispatched to be told that the chairs I have ordered are now out of stock they offered me another design but I only wanted the ones I had ordered in the first place, online said there was 8 in stock and then there was none when it come to sending my order. I have now been waiting for a call back for 4 days as every time I ring they say customer service will call me back and still nothing. I have also emailed 5 times with no reply!!! By the sound of the other reviews everyone is experiencing the same thing!!! No refund, no chairs and no answers as to what is happening. Quick enough to take £600 pound though!!! Devastated and really angry with myself for not reading the reviews first. Absolute shocking customer service there rude on the phone and have no manners it’s almost as if it’s your fault. Communication is shocking and just don’t even waste your time!!!! Look else wear. AVIOD!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!

This company, former DIR Salon Furniture, are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid for my items on June 3rd. Wrong items came first, this was rectified but I am still missing items 3 months later. 52 calls to the company. Extreamly unprofessional. Check out DIR on Facebook. Lots of people not receiving their items. Do not get scammed and go elsewhere with you're business. If I receive my missing item, I will update this post.

Stay away !!!!!

Will never ever use this company again! Never got confirmation of order and took months too arrive, and only arrived as I continued to call, for them to tell me my item that I ordered June wouldnt be back in stock until end of sept(even though it said there was loads in stock when I ordered)
I told them it wasnt good enough and I want my order that I've paid for, they then put me through to a manager who agreed to send me out a different piece of equipment which I continued to chase up until delivered, it then turned up with parts missing so u couldn't even use it. They did eventually send me remaining part. The quality of furniture it brilliant, but I will never ever use this company again due to the stress and worry that I would receive my items!! I dont know how this company continue to run and get away with this awful service.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a chair online with stock levels showing as 6+ in stock. Didn’t receive a confirmation email Until 5 days after placing the order because I had to chase it up, upon doing so discovered they hadn’t processed the order until this date. Fast forward another 2 weeks no delivery so again chased them up as severe lack of communication only to be told they had no stock and it was going to be another 4 weeks.

I’m glad I’m not the only one to keep putting a review on this company but every 1 star that gets put on they seem to get bombarded with 5 stars! Back early April there were only 1 stars the company went down to 2 and half in rating it you have the time read all my reviews on this company! They have roped a lot of people off

Please do not be fooled by all of the fake 5 star reviews, this company is fraudulently taking people’s money and not delivering anything. They do not answer the phone or email, if you do get through and complain they will put you on hold then cut you off. Rude and patronising. Trustpilot needs to delete all the fake 5 star rating. How can a company have 25% 1 star reviews. Shocking company.
