Interesting that they have various company names. DIR GROUP LTD is now DIR SALON FURNITURE LTD which is also part of DEKON COMPANY LTD. Both have the same director yet they are running a sham of a scam so PLEASE be careful!! Look on companies house and you can see what they are doing! 😡😡
They promise consistently to call back and it never transpires. A salesman in the name of Raj consistently lies and even put the phone down on you and the manager Adam has tried to help yet we will soon see what happens over the weekend.
Looking at recent reviews of customers that have been through similar experiences, I’m surprised they are still in business! We have waited 6 weeks and regardless of Covid, they take your money, delivered wrong parts And then don’t replace them and just lie to their customers! Please please avoid these cowboys!!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star.
It has been a nightmare since day 1.
I purchased 2 backwashes, 3x styling chairs and a few other items at the end of May, they told me if it was in stock (which it was online), that it would take up to 7 days to deliver. A month later, still waiting. If you try to contact them and say anything they don't like about their TERRIBLE customer service, they'll either put you on hold forever or hung up on you, also counting the several times they will decline your calls or even block your number.
I called several times, just for an update to be told different dates and that it wasn't in stock? Why wasn't I told before? I spoke to Ali and Adam, who seemed nice at the time, and got told that I would receive everything by the 4th July. I then called on Monday and got told everything was in stock by Adam, and that it has been sent.
I received PART of my order yesterday, yes, part of it. I am missing 2x sinks and 3x styling chairs. Not also taking into account that the packaging was damp and looked like it had been through a war (I've got evidence). I called them immediately and got hung up on as soon as I mentioned "I am missing items of my order".
I also have proof of all the attempts I've made of calling them and they ignored my calls, customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The only time you'll ever get a call back is if you loose your temper with them, they don't like being told off!
I then got told by someone that the sinks would arrive "today or tomorrow", which is no good for me; you pay £50 for delivery to not even get an update or tracking number - I had to call the courier myself to be told it was out for delivery, and to be told by them that DIR should've not given their clients their personal number, to sort out their communication issues as they're breaching their date protection act.
I got told the chairs haven't got the hydraulics therefore they can't send it until the 17th July.
Now tell me, how am I supposed to open my salon on MONDAY without styling chairs? How am I supposed to wash people's hair when there is no sink?
I am hoping that they'll at least have some sense, and actually send me the sinks by Thursday and I also want my chairs. Otherwise I will definitely be taking this further. I didn't spend £2.5k because I have it all to throw it away. There's people that actually need this stuff.

Update: Thursday 2nd July. I have tried to call them for about an hour and a half, they are ignoring my calls and the London office never seems to be able to do anything to help.
I had to chase DPD myself, to be told that they've received our order details but no parcel.
After 1:15mins trying, someone answers to say that they will be sent today (when I was told they'd be sent on Wednesday and be with me on Thursday) and said they will arrive tomorrow. Better do. They're also liars, they'll promise one thing and do another.
It is appalling that you as a customer, have to chase the delivery companies because they can’t give you any information about your order. Their website is crap and will never update you. I’d run miles away from this company. Now I am stuck in a situation that I need to wait for these chairs as no one else has them and I’d never try a company like this again!
16th July: luckily, I received our sinks so we were able to reopen; but still no styling chairs... I’ve got told on the 5th July that I couldn’t have my styling chairs due to not having the hydraulics in stock, they said I’d be back on the 17th. As I called today, they now tell me they haven’t got the chairs and they’ll be in next month... what a joke.. they hung up on you and when you bring it up, they come up with an excuse. You’ll never get a call back.
I am so fed up of dealing with this company, I will be chasing them for my chairs as I can’t have different ones due to the colour, or I want my money back in full just as quick as you took it from me.
Also don’t bother calling any of the other offices, they always put it on Birmingham and say they can’t do nothing, but they’re just as useless as each other.
Absolute scammers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Product review:
The backwashes seem okay, the hoses they’ve provided are crap and we had to have it changed by our plumber.
The stools we purchased are crap and have no balance either. Let’s wait and see what the chairs will be like, if we ever get them.
I will be taking this further.

On the 18th May I put an order through, at the time of ordering everything was in stock and delivery was supposed to be 3-8 working days. Due to the current situation ie. Covid-19 I was patient and waited a couple of weeks before I started chasing my order. I was then promised delivery on the 10.06.20 however, still nothing arrived. After telephone calls, texts and emails I was told a different story each time. They’re persistent liars and constantly give you false hope. I am currently going through my bank to claim a full refund and I’m seriously considering contacting Watchdog.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from this company. Promised my backwash and chair within 7-10days has it arrived one month on? No. Failed to respond to multiple emails and when I eventually got through on the phone spoke to the most arrogant, patronising man who also then decided my order would arrive that week (coincidence). Currently going through PayPal & my fraud bank team to get my money back.

I ordered a double back wash unit on the 22nd May and have still not received my complete order. I've had to chase this company up numerous times to find out where my order is and being told something different every time. I was originally told delivery would take two weeks... 7 weeks later still with an incomplete order plus anxiety and stress levels through the roof. Due to reopen in a weeks time.
I'm glad I paid via PayPal as the only way they began to communicate with me and sending me tracking codes via DPD is because I put in a refund claim case through PayPal. I received my order in two parts as they were out of stock of basins, the website had them down as in stock otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place and when my basins finally arrived one was black and one was white (I had ordered two black basins). They organised a pick up of the white one and a re-delivery of the black one, the black basin arrived yesterday (9th July) and was completely shattered. I will be escalating my claim to PayPal now to hopefully receive some kind of refund.
The company is run by con artists, someone from the company even had the cheek to phone my mobile after I initially put the PayPal refund claim through when I received half my order to bargain with me that they would only send out the basins I ordered if I promised to close the PayPal case once they arrived!
I can't stress enough that I only received communication from them until I put that refund claim through PayPal so please avoid! I have also recently discovered that they have set up companies previously only to fold them some time later.
It's unfortunate that we live in a world where we have to do back checks on every company now to make sure they are actually legit! Lesson well learned on my part.

I have seen the word LIAR and LIE in numerous reviews and unfortunately, they are correct.
We ordered all new equipment for our salon and was promised delivery in mid-June ready to open on the 4th July.
Some furniture arrived. The chairs arrived, but had the wrong bases. The backwash stations arrived without basins. The other seats and accessories are somewhere only they know. We still don't know where the basins are. They were promised for the 3rd July. We lost money as the salon couldn't open without the back washes. We had to purchase elsewhere just to be able to re-open. When you call and eventually get to speak to someone, they LIE. And if you are trying to chase down where your order is.... be prepared to get the phone hung up. These people should not be in business. I have never dealt with a worse company in my life. We are now trying to recover the money through our credit card company.

We are still waiting on our order, which was meant to be delivered mid-June! We placed our order at the London branch but told it’s the Birmingham’s office responsibility for delivery, finally got through to them be told it’s the London office responsibility! Really don’t know what to do!!!! Our next thought is to contact the bank!! Really worried this is fraud!!

We purchased 2backwashes and 4 salon chairs in mid March
Then the lockdown happened so we hung fire
I kept messaging for updates and it was put back and put back Which wasn’t a problem as we were shut
Then the beginning of June our backwashes turned up But no chairs and when the chairs finally arrived there were no hydraulics
We have been lied to every day since so in the end we went to Birmingham to collect them,we had no apology
I would never ever recommend anyone to buy from them.
