If I could give minus stars I would!
After making an order for 2 backwash sinks I was told I would receive an invoice via email, I was also told delivery would be 3 working days.. After 4 working days & still no invoice or delivery I gave them a call, only to be told to f-off & hung up on, I then called again & again to be hung up on everytime until I then got told they cancelled my order & i’m “dreaming” if I think I’m getting a refund.. I left it a couple more days & then called again, to be told the exact same thing that I’m “dreaming” if I think I’m getting a refund or the goods I ordered (I recorded the final call just to make sure I wasn’t “dreaming” that they were so disgustingly rude)
I’ve now taken legal action & they are under investigation for fraud & scamming..
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THESE AWFUL PEOPLE!!!

Got straight up lied to for 5weeks that shipping to Finland would be possible. For 5 weeks I was told I would get a shipping quote "soon/tomorrow/next week" so that I could place my order only to find out a month later that they don't currently take any orders outside of UK. Now I might end up without furniture before my opening date. I'm furious!

Literally can't leave a zero stars. This company has taken my money, not delivered the goods and not refunded my money.
My bank and the fraud team are now currently reclaiming this cash. I paid on there website. Failed deliveries. They have a "customer is in the wrong" attitude. You get hung up on and dismissed when you call to chase.
Avoid avoid avoid. Read this companies reviews before you purchase a thing.
Looking at reviews from others , if your items do arrive they are damaged and then it's a battle to fix and replace.

Problem after problem with this company, It's been so stressful dealing with them.
I ordered 6 chairs and two basins that never turned up, when chasing them up I got lied to and told they were on their way the next day.
When trying to contact them again I got hung up on constantly, staff had bad attitude, no one knew where my order was. Asked to speak to the manger and he resent the order.
Got told 4 different delivery dates that I stayed in and waited for them, never received any delivery details or contact I had to chase the curriers up myself.
A month later I received my order but sent black sinks instead of white (apparently they were out of stock, even though online they state there was 60 in stock) also missing all six chair hydropic stands and pumps so still can't use them and my salon opens soon. So trying to chase them up again, got told 4 times the manger would call me straight back, never did, then got told I didn't need to speak to the manager, they would resend them, be there next day, they wasn't. Yet again been lied to about them being delivered and still trying to get hold of someone.
Reading everyone else's reviews I know I'm not the only person who has had this experience with them.

Do not use this company, we ordered ONE backwash unit on the 2nd of this month. The unit was in stock, paid £50 for delivery. Was told it would be 10 days - not a problem. We’re now on almost double that and have had to ring and hound just to get an idea of when it will arrive (which they keep changing)
We have used this company before and they were equally terrible then, but unfortunately due to us expanding the salon we needed to order the same unit for it to match so had no other choice but to use them again. The first time we actually had to drive down to their warehouse ourselves and collect 5 styling chairs and 2 backwashes because they kept changing the date and were fobbing us off we were 2 days off opening a salon with no furniture by the time we managed to get them! The man was even that rude that he actually got in our van to drive to the other warehouse, and then they literally threw our goods on the van and shut the shutter without even a thank you for the £2000 worth of equipment we’d bought.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Been promised a refund 4 times to be received following day. Twice via online web chat. Twice verbally today. No refund in my bank account. Sent a complaint to the gmail address on Sunday and then asked to send it directly to Adam the store manager in Birmingham. No acknowledgement or response. I was told today that it’s only one salon chair and they don’t want my money. So, where’s my refund?

If I could give this company minus stars I would!!! Avoid at all costs. I ordered over £1000 of products and when ordering everything was in stock. I waited over a month for delivery (which cost £50) and I had to phone every day for the past 2 weeks with promise after promise of a delivery date yet nothing arriving. The items finally arrived, they are all the wrong colour and don’t suit my salon. I’ve been emailing and calling and they said can’t you just accept the ones we have sent......absolutely not!! I wouldn’t order a white bag and “just accept” a red one! They have now stopped responding. I will be reporting this company to trading standards. Absolutely disgusting customer service. In this awful time I’m now out of pocket over £1000 and trying desperately to order items I need for my salon.
Rude , patronising, liars
They are rude, patronising, conniving and just pure liars. After waiting for 2 weeks for my order, they didn’t want to cancel it saying it’s been dispatched to the delivery company , the next day they called to tell me that they don’t have the white sink that i wanted, would i be happy with black?! No!!! And they tried to charge me £125 if i wanted to cancel the order. They agreed to give me a full refund but still waiting for it. I have never had to deal with such bad customer service! Appalling

I am currently trying to get a refund from a purchase that I cancelled. At first Andy the manager of Birmingham branch, told me I would have my money in my bank account in ten working days. Now into more that 15 days, and no correspondence from them, I have called a few times to see where my money is, with no cooperation from the manager Andy. He has passed me onto other people who haven't a clue how to deal with this, then they tell me that Andy is the man to sort it out. But andy keeps passing the buck, and now isn't answering my calls, so this company has taken my money and not even bothering to sort out a refund, oh and I don't even have any goods. I thought this was supposed to be a good company, but I am now thinking it's a scam as they won't even give me a number for their accounts department. Please be very careful of this company,
Appalling service avoid!!!!!
We ordered some salon furniture back in early March and was told it would be 4-5 weeks, phoned in early April and was told there was a slight delay and it may be 1-2 weeks late.
Phoned 2 weeks later and when we finally managed to get hold of someone was then told our items will not arrive until 4th June almost 11 weeks after ordering.
Phoned again end of May no answer went onto live chat and asked what time to expect the order?
Was told on live chat do not know I am on my lunch!!! Phoned the sales number and someone answered and said they couldn’t find the order and would call back.
No call back again!!! Called the next day to find out what was going on and they said we tried to call you but you never answered, I explained that I had my phone next to me all day and no calls.
I asked what was happening with our order and he then asked my name, so I said you just told me you tried to call me!! But you don’t even know who you are talking to, he then hung up. We have now had to go through the bank to recover our money.
Absolutely appalling service from DIR would not recommend or ever use again
