3 months to deliver simply not acceptable!
I was pleased to receive my order but cannot score higher as, despite being advised of a 2-4 days delivery period the product took 3 months to arrive and therefore was not available for the holiday for which it was ordered.
Order product that are 'in stock' then no news
Order product that are 'in stock', one week later still not shipped, even if I left two message on their chat, they not have contact forms. Now I asked for a refund, let hope they are more reactive.
Poor communication
The system took the money, but the product wasn’t available. I get that this can happen, but the 2 stars is about poor communication. I had great trouble getting a response both through the online chat with me messaging multiple times without a reply and there being no answer on the phone when I rang within the recommended times and days. The good news is that I did get a full refund after a few weeks.

Very bad experience with DLS
I ordered oxygen sensors for my rebreather in July on DLS website. I waited more than three months and my order was still back order. I try to contact DLS several times asking when I would receive my order but no one answered me. I finally ask for a refund. I am specially upset because they knew the article was not available but they took my money and just let me wait. Absolutely no service after sale. Keep away.

I only used DiveLife as they had a good price on a part and the website suggested it was available and would ship within 2-3 days.
Over a week later and hearing nothing I started making calls, though struggled to get any response via email or phones. Eventually managed to an email response which said that the part in fact was not in stock, and that I should order a more expensive alternative because it was better.
I asked to cancel my order and heard nothing back. After struggling to get any response in the next few days I finally managed to get through on the phone to be told my order had finally shipped.
Had I known how much of a hassle it would have been, I'd have just paid a few more quid and gone with a reliable shop that actually had stock in.

Because they were local I dropped in and managed to find a pair of boots that fit me perfect. Wonderful customer service, and a great place to purchase quality wet gear.
