Competitive prices, but communication about the status of the order could be better. It took a little over a week before the order was shipped. When items aren't in stock, it would be nice to know. Customers outside the UK should also be aware that the items do not include VAT, so expect to pay extra when the package goes through customs.
Also, not a fan of the upsale when checking out because it no longer displays the per unit price, just the price including the upsale.
Avoid, they take money but don't deliver the goods

Had placed an order over for two weeks now. Payment was confirmed that's it. Silence. Like the experience of others, I've reached out through different communications channels. Dive Life Store made no attempts to reply and even acknowledge the messages.
Scroll down and you'd see similar complaints from other customers (esp reviews made this year). The business has either shut or this is a scam.

I start receiving promotions of this company by email, but I’ve never bought anything and I’ve never consent that. I’m guessing which kind of dirty data Protection rules they have. Doesn’t seems reliable to me.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. No contact with the shop at all. Any you sent the wrong hose. I ordered 3/8 and the invoice is ok bit the hose is 9/16. And I needed it for tomorrow as I'm leaving for 2 months diving. What a joke. Not to mention it took them 8 days to delivered it for £6.50 delivery charge!!!!! And still came wrong.
