This shop is a joke... ordered some showa gloves , next day was informed that they out of stock and was offered some more expensive once with 25% discount , I rejected the offer and explained to Oli from DLS why . He said he will do the refund. Next couple of days I received the wrong gloves witch I didn't want and after another few days and multiple emails sent I was informed that one of his staff sent them by error . He asked me to send them back so he will do the refund. I asked to refund me for the postage (£3.50) on top of what I have paid as this was not my error. It took another couple of weeks and many emails to get a refund but of course he didn't pay the return postage fee. He must be making good money that way 😜 I wish I have read some previous reviews. No more business with this scammer ...

Unexistent customer service
Item showed as abailable when order was placed. Paid, got order aknowledgment, then nothing. 2 working days after I tried to usr the web chat, to not avail. I called the warehouse (phone number not so easy to get) to be told they did not have the item and did not know when it will be back on stocl. They were very quick in providing me a refund but I wonder when I would have known if I had not called 5 business days after i placed the order.
Very Slow
On ordering, I was led to expect a 2 - 4 day delivery but it was two weeks! I tried the online chat after a week which was useless and said I would get an email - I didn’t. I tried calling and it rang until it cut off. No idea why one simple in stock hanger should take so long.

I ordered four of the cheapest snorkels I could find last minute before holiday. When they arrived, in less time than they’d estimated, there were only two clearance snorkels and a note which said they were all out of clearance ones so they sent me two posh ones as well for the same clearance price! Amazing!
