DLG Auto Services provided an excellent service.
DLG Auto Services provided an excellent service from the point they rang me on behalf of the insurance company. They picked the car up from my property and loaded onto a transporter. I was kept fully informed of progress whilst they had my car for repair. When my car was returned there were two or three dull spots that required further polishing…. They sent a technician to my property to resolve. An excellent service all round. I would recommend to DLG to anyone.

Vehicle was collected on low bed on Thursday, 02/05/2024 for some vandalism to car. Staff kept me informed of the progress and also the online app. Car was returned on 07/05/2024. Satisfied with results. Was also given some excess paint for future touch-up jobs. Would definitely recommend.

Car rental
We were loaned a car by our insurers whilst ours was being repaired and the provider was DLG Auto Services. Their service was first class, delivering the car on time and collecting it exactly as planned. Pleasant people and a great service.

DLG Longwell, Bristol provided an excellent all round service. Friendly, helpful staff, door to door collection and drop off service, regular updates on how the work on my vehicle was progressing, a written report of what work had been carried out with a guarantee on the work.
