Dealt with repair very quickly. Gave me verbal and written report of what they had done. Polite and helpful.
Collected the car and kept me well informed.
3 time lucky it will be repaired properly, 1st time came back and had an extra dent, and a run on paint, came back and dent repaired and the run cut off with a knife blade, and showing bumper now with no paint on it, what should of taken a week its now 2 weeks without the van, insurance paying but I personally would not use them, customer service poor

The whole process of arranging repairs, collecting and returning my car was very efficient and carried out courteously.
Excellent Service!
My car was transferred to DLG Auto Services following a crumpled near side large dent.
I had never heard of the Company before but I was really pleased with the service. I was kept informed from the very beginning of the process of repair and giving a completion date...when this was delayed by a day, once again I had a cal. The car was then returned..looking like new...all repairs done and a complete valet service as well.
The process of repairing my car and the provision of the replacement hire car was excellent. All quoted repair times were met and the repair quality was excellent.Altogether first class.
Car went in for front damage repair, looks like they did a good job however got home, opened the rear boot and now will not close. They’d obviously been in the rear boot at some point as the locking wheel nut that I handed over to the person who checked in the car was now in the boot.
They were also very pushy about collecting the car and was a difficult to do so when I work shifts and had no way of getting there straight away.
Strange how it was ok when it went in but not now.
Car is in for MOT next month and I’ll be interested to hear what my mechanic who I know and trust thinks of the repair.

After a non-serious accident, my insurance provider choice DLG Auto Services to collect my car for inspection. DLG arrived on the day as arranged, to my shock there was no tow truck as such (my guess was car was not road worthy & car warning lights were flashing). I expressed my concerns that the car should not be driven away, pick up person said it’ll be fine and that the car will only be driven ‘up the road’ to the garage. I didn’t know until after that the garage was 20miles away via M25 & M23!
I tried to contact the garage to raise my concerns & for an update. Call after call over a few days I eventually got a call from someone (who sounded like he had no idea what he was talking about), he let me know the car was going to cost more to repair than what it’s worth. £19k+, so basically the value of the car.
I couldn’t’ believe it to be honest, as the damage looked cosmetics work with some minor work under bonnet.
So, I had the photos assessed by two different mechanics and they did not believe it would cost anywhere near £19k, possible cost 10k.
Also, these mechanics expressed the concern that the car was driven to the garage, the coolant connector had broken off (photo which I had already provided to DLG before the vehicle was picked up), my car should NOT have been driven away.
Driving the car away most likely has caused more damage to the car.
I have spoken to the dedicated engineer at the insurance company & he too was shocked the car was driven from my house to the garage, when the instruction was for the car to be picked up by a vehicle recovery truck.
For now, insurance company declined DLG's quote & will get my car sent to my preferred garage (they even made sure to book the vehicle recovery truck!) where the car will also be assed for further damage caused by DLG, which cost insurance company have agreed to cover.
I dread to think what state my car will be returned in as.
Whoever is reading this, if I could provide anyone any advice: stay well away from DLG Auto Services.
Poor communication from day one & they cannot be trusted with your vehicle. I cannot fathom why any insurance companies use them.
Update:
My car has now been repaired by my preferred garage, at half the price DLG quoted!

Repairs done well
in the end - we needed to send the car back because the finish on a door trim wasn't acceptable. All resolved and overall experience good
Car was collected on time and returned on time. The repair work was immaculate and the car looked like it had just come out the factory. It was spotless inside and out,a credit to your service.
Took over 10 days when said it would be 7 maximum.
Brought my car back and hadn’t put one of the new wheels on correctly. So had to take it back again. No compensation or anything.

Brilliant. Every bit of my experience with DLG was brilliant. They contacted me when they said they would, they came and picked up the car promptly and when they said they would, And then delivered it back to my door at a time agreed. Both the guy who picked up the car and the fellow who delivered it back were helpful, polite and caring in their approach.
As to the smashed in side of my car ( it happened whilst I was on holiday in Australia) this was repaired to perfection, Came back looking just like it did when I went away. In addition the staff had cleaned the car inside and out, an extra bonus.
To come back after 7 weeks holiday in Australia only to find someone had smashed my car in and not left any note was a pretty hard pill to swallow. Also I was jet lagged and weary after my long journey back. The service I received from DLG Auto's in Crawley was excellent and as such renewed my faith in human nature. I think they deserve more like 10 stars. Thank you.
Car was repaired very quickly - literally overnight - and collection and return of the car was done efficiently and with no fuss.
Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
DLG repair the car through the Insurance Claim. The repair was undertaken to a good standard however when the car was returned, it was not cleaned properly and I suspect some additional scratch marks.
I was given a 999cc courtesy car in exchange for my 2200cc car being repaired and I was not comfortable with the courtesy car service at all hence kept it parked almost all the time.
