Overall very good. Customer service good although telephone answering a bit slow. Also minor issue with repair requiring further inconvenience because of need to take into workshop for further work.

Excellent Garage
I was put on to DLG Auto Services by my insurance company after a crash in my car. Within a couple of days, they had contacted me to arrange collection of my vehicle and to delivery a courtesy car. The guys who delivered/collected the car were very polite, friendly and very helpful, especially when explaining the different features in the courtesy car (which was a lovely, very new car). They even managed to fit my car in to be fixed quicker than initially planned. I had it back within a week and it was delivered absolutely sparkling clean, inside and out which was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Quick and efficient repair
I needed the repair done quickly as I was travelling to the north of Scotland a few days after the car went in for repair. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The staff were lovely and helpful and kept me informed throughout. My car was collected and delivered and, again, the staff were lovely.

Car was collected for repair but have not attached trim back to how it should be and mud guards not fitted back to how they should be car was scratched when taken away for repairs and car want even valeted and despite being told that it would be!

Accident damage repair
Excellent service from a totally professional organisation. Excellent communication from all staff. Totally satisfied with the help provided especially from admin staff and Mark who went out of his way to explain what had been done when he returned our vehicle which made us feel confident and a valued customer.
