Lack of communication
Lack of communication, over spare parts.
Lack of communication after we told you where parts were available.
You did not call us back after any of our numerous calls, even when this was promised.
Took from 12/12/23 to 18/07/24, for the works to be completed.
The car was scheduled for return 4/01/24, this is when we were informed of the problem with spare parts. A text each friday is not communicat6ion of any value.

Very good allround
Very good allround. 0n tme for collection and return. Got car back earlier than expected. Very pleasent personel. Tracking system reassuring. Beautifully cleaned car --- except inside boot rim --- missed.
