DLG contacted me to arrange to pick up my car and deliver a courtesy car. They called to tell me what needed done and kept me updated throughout the repair work. My vehicle was returned in a reasonable time. No complaints. Excellent service.

DLG kept me informed
DLG kept me informed of the process for picking my car up for repair, roughly how long it would take, and when they were returning it to me. A couple of the parts are on back order so not sure how long they will take to arrive. These were not essential for the running of the car, so have been able to return my car for me to use in the meantime. Once these parts are in, they will arrange for someone to come out to me to fit them for my convenience.
Staff have been polite, friendly and very efficient. I am very happy with my experience so far.

I had a completely professional service from DLG Perth when my car had to be repaired after an accident! From the guys who kept me informed by phone how my repair was progressing to the guys who uplifted and returned my car back to me were all totally professional curteous and informative!
