the work carried out on the car was perfect and it was returned nice and clean.
However ...
1) your driver arrived unannounced to pick up the car, despite us being told he would phone 30mins before hand. He was apparently too busy to phone. Just by chance my wife had returned with the car just a few minutes before otherwise the car would not have been available.
2) my wife received a text advising that the work had been finished the previous day yet it was a further 2 days before we got the car back
3 a total of 17 days from pick-up till return seems excessive for work that should have taken about 3 or 4 days

Bodywork on car is excellent, contact process and photo uploads went well.....and the people involved in collecting and returning car are lovely.
However, a fixed aerial was removed from the car during the process and not returned or replaced. I have had to phone on 3 occasions and it is always "I will need to ask the workshop" or "we need to check the video" or "the manager is on holiday".
What could have been a perfect score of 5 is therefore a 2.......and I still don't have my aerial back!! :(

From our initial phone call to our insurance company to getting our car back fully restored was minimal hassle. It turned a very stressful situation into a stress free experience very quickly. Our car was picked up and dropped off at the time DLG said it would be. The repair was perfect, as good as new, top job!
What great service both from the workshop and the office. We received prompt communications at every stage of the repair process, and our need for our car as tow vehicle for a booked holiday was effortless taken account of.
I got text messages saying the car was ready when it wasn’t. Very hard to get a definite answer. People promised to call back with information but never did. Actual work ok, but staff really not bothered.
