Third year using Dolmen for my personal car insurance. Dolmen found me insurance at a great rate originally and it's gone down again this year without losing any of my cover. The team are all knowledgeable and quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommend.

What made my experience great was ringing Dolmen this morning and finally after days of trying, getting to speak to Veronica in the camper team. If my opinion matters, then I would say improve your telephone answering capacity with more people like Veronica. Dolmen Insurance was a very welcome discovery having tried several insurance companies/brokers who were making it difficult for us to insure our new home because we were told the roof was ‘not standard’, despite a lot of new builds being roofed in the same way. They were efficient and very responsive and found us a great deal.

I had campervan insurance through Dolmen for several years, but changed a few years ago. Decided to go back this year, since their benefits looked better. How things have changed - for the better! In the past I found the service impersonal, and a weight of bureaucracy.
It was therefore very pleasant, to find great improvements. I was able to make the initial application online, and they followed up with a phone call. I was delighted to find the whole thing was finalised in that call. Veronica was patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

We renewed our Motor trade insurance cover last week and got 3 quotes we then went into details of each quote inc. levels of cover , stock levels and so on , Our Office dealt with Mark Farrell and from the start they informed me his attention to detail and product knowledge was second to none , He was also very helpful in some extra queries we had . He was competitive on final cost ( not massively) but it was his professionalism and attention to detail that made our minds up in the end , When it comes to Motor Trade insurance he is top class in our experience .
