Over the years we’ve used quite a few drain companies, they have mostly been dodgy.

Drain Dr are not like the others, they don’t overcharge, the office staff are lovely and super helpful and the guys who come to site can’t do enough to help.

Jamie, a drain doctor engineer, came out to our property, very promptly. Communication was fantastic. He assessed the situation and called another engineer to gain a second opinion. Then gave some knowledgeable advice, which required us to ring the water company. When offered payment for the visit, he declined and informed if we needed anything else, to contact.

Drain doctor found the issue quickly and fixed it. Unfortunately during thorough investigation more work was required - they informed me of my options, priced these up and gave me the time to consider my next steps. Their “can-do” approach and calm and professional reassurance is what made me decide to proceed with the next drain issue (building a manhole!). They came back out and completed this, quickly, and never once grumbled, despite the nature of the task, or it being -1 and snowing! A great pair of lads and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Emma in the office was always on hand to answer queries and was equally as fantastic! Thank you!
