Mark arrived within 2 hours of me calling. He went above and beyond to resolve a drain that was blocked with tree roots. Access under my imprinted concrete drive was really difficult but he managed to do it without any damage. He worked very hard to resolve the issue and left everywhere clean and tidy. Prop and efficient service

Very helpful in the office. Work completed cleanly and quickly.

On May 31st, they came right away and did the job, which was great. However, two and a half weeks later, the drain is blocked again. When I contacted them today, they mentioned that my job notes indicated that I was informed about the need for additional work, so my 28-day guarantee is now void.

At the end of the initial job, I specifically asked if this issue had happened because of something we were doing, and the man said no. I was told we could pay an additional £400/£500 for further cleaning, but he said it wouldn't be worth it. Now, the person I spoke to on the phone is saying that on the notes it states due to the grease and grime in the line, the blockage could recur and that if they came back out, we would have to pay for the service again.

I find it highly unfair that I asked if we had caused this to happen and was told no. Also, the additional work that he said could be done wasn't worth it. However, now our guarantee is void even though we took the advice from the man who had done the job.
