Drainage advice for a new en-suite

Excellent customer service throughout! Emma arranged and booked the visit, she was so friendly and helpful, and Jamie who attended on site was very professional, very through, cleaned the drain, then sourced replacement parts and returned to fit them. Left the site spotless.

Asked the company for a quotation for new drainage. Engineer came out and, of his own accord, used the CCTV from a manhole in the driveway towards the main road sewer and in the opposite direction for approx. 7 metres to "measure" the distance to a proposed new connection. I was charged £136 + VAT for 2 minutes work by the engineer. I was under the impression that the quotation would be free. No mention was made of any charges for CCTV which the engineer decided to do without informing me of the cost.
Invoice stated (as written):
Engineer arrived on site to quote for installation of a new drain.
Engineer used CCTV to gain knowledge of drains and drew a map of plan which will now be forwarded to office and a quote created.

Mark is such a hard worker and the camera after the job had been done showed a perfectly clear pipe. I'm delighted that after a month of not using my spare toilet that I can use it again.

We have had an ongoing issue with our drains but after an initial consultation with The Drain Doctor's amazing Jamie who took the time to explain sustainable and manageable plan of action.
The work was then carried out within the timeline given with excellent workmanship and faultless customer service. We would highly recommend the Drain Doctors and if we ever needed help with any drain issue in the future this would be our first stop.
