Called on Thursday afternoon, arrived 24 hours later. Andy called to let me know when he would arrrive and in the event he was 10 minutes early. He explained the process and cost and then got on with the job. Excellent service and a nice guy too.

Drain Doctor is a company that seems to be well managed, which is refreshing in modern Britain. Their people seem well selected, well trained, well mannered, good at what they do - from the office personnel on the phone to the front line staff. Conducting a professional service - not cheap but you get what you pay for. Reliability counts in the end. Will not go anywhere else.

Prompt response resulting in the work being carried out and completed within 2 hours of making a call. Problem and resolution explained clearly. Excellent communication from phone call to resolution.

While expensive for a 10 minute job, I understand the costs involved. Jamie was very pleasant and efficient, and it's great to be able to use our kitchen sink and dishwasher again!

Although the operator was unable to remedy the drain blockage, he was able to identify the area where the problem was and as it was off my property, contacted Welsh Water on my behalf and gave them the information required. Very helpful and I formative

Called Drain Doctor at around 10am and they came around 11.30 ( earlier than stated) to fix our blocked toliet. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with ease. Seeing the blockage on the camera was very intresting 😊. Great job done and cant thank you enough.

Drain Doctor investigated issues of blocked drains and provide report with supporting evidence to back up findings which as letting agent we find invaluable. pricing is clear and great value not overpriced. Further detailed CCTV and ground surveys when required have been detailed, informative yet clear. Great service at honest prices highly recommend.

Apparently no camera was used during the visit. We checked with them and they confirmed it hadn’t been used, so, we were charged £252 just for them to jet wash the drain and leave it still blocked. That’s awful service and extremely expensive.
Oh the good news. Customer service said if we paid another £275 then they can carry out a camera inspection. What a company.
My advise. Just call Dynarod. I’ve emailed as requested below and had no reply.

Called for a blocked and gurgling toilet. Van turned up that day, chap was pleasant enough. . Jet washed the drain (with 1000 ltrs of my water as the van was empty) then put a camera down to inspect. Told the issue was off property by at least 30 meters as his camera wouldn’t go any further. Charged £282 and still had the issue. They did report the issue to water supplier but when they turned up days later they said the blockage is on our property and it was tree roots causing the issue.
I’ve asked Drain Doctor for a copy of the video inspection they did and will then either present this to the water company or back to drain doctors to ask why I’ve been charged and still have the issue.
