Andrew just left. What a decent gentle giant of a man. He sorted out my blocked drain with proficient ease. What a credit to Drain Doctor. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone in need of their services.

Called the Drain Doctor out very helpful and Barry explained everything that was wrong with my outside drainage system and cleared the system also advised of a solution to resolve the problem very happy with his professional approach in helping me out as I have had a very well known company out before and didn’t explain anything Well worth 5 stars

We got an appointment very quickly and Andrew did a great job at clearing a complete blockage in our kitchen drain. He explained what he was doing at each step, he identified the issue correctly and skilfully sorted it.

Would highly recommend using this service, Andrew came out and was friendly, professional and quick to resolve the issue with two sinks in my home that weren't draining. Would definitely use this company again for any issues.

Had Connor at my house last week. He has unblocked the drain pipe outside then left kinda in a hurry leaving a 10 cm gap between 2 pipes. We agreed that he's coming back to fix it. He never called me back and now he doesn't even answer my calls anymore. That gap allows mud stones etc to get washed back into the pipe and i'm afraid it will get blocked again therefore i'm pretty upset.

The job entailed excavating my driveway down to a depth of 1.5m to remove and replace a broken sewer pipe. This work was completed in a day and my driveway was restored to how it looked previous to the work. Special mention to Brian and Andy who carried out the work to a very high standard. Thanks also to Adam for his assistance in setting up the repair. Would certainly highly recommend Drain Doctor for all drainage requirements.

The service was really excellent, very decent chap who explained what he was doing thoroughly and was extremely helpful and solved the problem, could not fault him. However, I felt it was really expensive overall for the work that was required.

Super fast service, polite and friendly staff, reasonably priced. Unfortunately, dispite attempting several things they were unable to resolve our issue as they'd not come across it before

Connor arrived to find a water leak, access wasn't the best for him but nothing was too much trouble & once found he gave us advice on what to do next.
He was very pleasant, a tidy worker, you wouldn't know he had been. Great job.
