Super fast service, polite and friendly staff, reasonably priced. Unfortunately, dispite attempting several things they were unable to resolve our issue as they'd not come across it before

Connor arrived to find a water leak, access wasn't the best for him but nothing was too much trouble & once found he gave us advice on what to do next.
He was very pleasant, a tidy worker, you wouldn't know he had been. Great job.

Called the Drain Doctor on a Sunday afternoon due to a blocked drain. Conner was here within 30 mins and had the blockage found and cleared quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Communication was impressive from first call and the drain specialist who attended MORE than represents your company well.

Very attentive, informative, ensured all aspects of operation worked, gave advice, ensured entire area had no residue with attention to neighbour property also. I had an overflowing kitchen sink due to fat bergs lodged in the pipe work.
Drain Doctor came to the rescue after my insurance company proved useless! First communication was with Adam who was very efficient and sent out two colleagues
Connor identified the problem on the first visit and Andrew got to the bottom of it and fixed it on the second. Both were conscientious and friendly and kept me informed about what they were doing. Tidy workers. Respectful of my property.

Drain Doctor were efficient and quick in a time where I was in desperate need.
The 2 guys who came out were pleasant and it’s appears they’ve done a good job.
But I’ve got to say, the price was a bit over the top and therefore I have to take marks off for that.
The 1st guy who came out was a drainage expert. He was working for all of 10mins, didn’t use any materials or tools/equipment, and cost £189.60 after VAT. This was too much imo.
The next guy who came out was a plumber and he re-plumbed the pipe work under my sink, using some materials and tools, and cost £144 after tax. This seemed much fairer compared to the 1st time employee.
£333.60 for an hours work in total between 2 guys is not fair in my opinion. It’s not the guys fault, they had their boss on the phone telling them what to charge. I know I could’ve got this job done for half the price, but as I was desperate I just needed it done asap.

The plumber from Drain Doctor was very quick at responding to request for a call out, and he worked extremely hard to resolve the issue causing the blocked pipe.

Brilliant next day service to unblock a drain gully outside our kitchen. Thanks once agin.

Prompt attendance to an emergency condition for me. Good explanation given as to the problem and remedial action completed efficiently with full report and internal drain video given.
Would recommend this company for any drains related issues both industrial and domestic.

Prompt response and fixed a fairly difficult problem with underground pipes. I would highly recommend this company.

The repair was done although I've not given it time to ensure it lasts. My main complaint is that the quote I was given didn't include VAT. So the plumber completed the repair and then told me the cost (which I thought was expensive but it needed to be fixed) plus VAT. Felt conned. Won't be using them again.
