Friendly staff, good quality work
Have had my vehicle in a few times for tyres, services mot ect, never had an issue, always work to the times they say so and have my car back before the end of day. Very friendly staff, have been to 3/4 of their branches and not come across any issues, highly reccomend and will continue to use and reccomend to my friends and family!!

Great experience
Booked car in for service and MOT, making the appointment was easy, dropped the vehicle off and lady on the reception was lovely super friendly got me a lift to work and they even dropped the vehicle off and it was washed and vacuumed.
Work was completed timely and kept updated throughout the day.

So nobody likes paying car bills, but from quotation which was substantially less than the Mercedes dealer, to customer care, everything was faultless and I was kept informed of car service progress and talked through the bill at the end. Will be booking family car MOTs and other repairs in the future
Inexperienced mechanics & rip off prices
So we took our family car to get a fault fixed with our aircon, after leaving it with these dodgy mechanics. They had my car for double the time i expected it back and i had to hire a car while mine was apparently getting fixed.
They charged me triple the price i was quoted and apparently found other faults in my car.
After getting my car back a professional engineer looked at my car and concluded there was sabotage to my vehicle whilst left in the hands on these people.
Its the worst place i have communication with, they do not answer the phone you have to ring them.5 times to get through.
Keep away my telford people and go elsewhere.
Ive contacted trading standards and vosa to check for compliance and standards because of this issue we had.
ALLOY REFURBS/ TYRES
I recently came to EAC Stafford Park for Two point S tyres, once they were fitted I noticed some slight damage to the drivers side alloy. I raised this with the staff at EAC stafford park (Debbie) and she was nothing but pleasant and not only offered to repair the alloy free of charge but also supply me with a courtesy car to avoid being without. The dissapointment I felt when seeing the mark on the alloy was short lived as the service Debbie and team provided me with was exceptional. Their polite mannerisms, professionalism and commitment to do the right thing was fantastic! There was an issue with the person who did the touch up repair and we all agreed it wasn't up to a satisfactory standard but EAC again went the extra mile to send my alloys to a body shop to get them properly refurbished this time. Originally I were quoted around 5 days for the work but it only took around 3 and I were extremely happy with the standard of finish to my wheels. Normally when a mistake is made you lose some trust in a garage but on this occasion they've earned even more trust and respect from myself and I'll be recommending their services to my wider family and a whole host of corporate colleagues.

Thought I'd pop by the madeley garage…
Thought I'd pop by the madeley garage to ask for a price supply and fit two caddy front suspension springs. Manager came taken my details phone number and reg and said I'd get a call back within the hour. Well following day went back in and asked again manager said "oh I never rang you back did I!!! Again same story I'll get the price and call you. Well surprise no phone call. how hard is it to just do a simple job? Manager is just incompetent and I certainly won't recommend.
Good customer service
After complaining about a disappointing service at the Madeley garage customer service contacted me and went above and beyond to rectify my concerns. I would now have no problem or hesitation in recommending the Halesfield garage
Premium prices and shoddy work
Premium prices and shoddy work. Feel sorry for the peoples banks who listen to what these guys tell ya and I also feel sorry for your car after. Oops we forgot this back, now it’s rusty, ohh now you have to pay for that too.
Spent £2k to cure an electronic fault…
Spent £2k to cure an electronic fault over 2 visits. Fault returned after 80 miles. Warranty was useless as it expires after 25 miles.
10 min internet search found fault was common. 20mins more and the cause and solution was found. Part required cost £41. Watch out for the slick reception manager.
Being a lady and living in Telford can…
Being a lady and living in Telford can be tricky to get a good mechanic. Please look for other available mechanic as they have no clue. I was driving Mercedes when I moved to Telford three years ago. I had engine problem and they fixed it for £1,800 and I recently bought a Range Rover and my airbag was on the whole time. I sent the range to this garage and they were not able to fix it but we paid £150 for diagnostics and that crap. We recently have issue with the car tyres making noises when on the highway took it to the garage and I was charged £240 but guess what? PROBLEM WASNT FIXED AT ALL. I still paid for the whole crap of diagnostic tests I should have learnt my lesson after the airbag issue.
PS: they insisted to get me a new airbag but I declined as it would have cost me £400.
EAC review
This is the second time that I have used EAC for my annual service and MOT. My time is very limited and EAC will collect and return your vehicle for a small fee which is what led me to them last year. On both occasions I have found them to be very professional, they kept me well informed of what's going on and of any extra costs for work needed or that I had requested.
Impeccable Service
Recently my car had been serviced with EAC and asked them to list any issues with the car so that they could be rectified. Kelly really went above and beyond in making sure I was looked after and updated me every day,. That is customer service at its best. The car was in for 3 days and now drives like its brand new. Would recommend you anyone.
Experienced major electrical bro lemme…
Experienced major electrical bro lemme with my Jag which required a great deal of skill and patience to resolve.Full diagnostic check indicated amplifier had blown along with other electrical problems and their technical support team were called in before problem was diagnosed.Constant daily progress reports were received and their confidence that a solution would be found was most reassuring.I am sure that in my area only EAC or Jaguar would have had quality training and back up to manage the repair.A very reliable and reputable Company

Had an MOT done but things didn't go quite to plan, one of the machines was having issues. However with great communication and how nice the staff are I still felt looked after. I'd happily use them again in the future.

Front of house are fantastic, informative and very welcoming.
Offered a hot or cold drink while I waited for my lift to collect me.
Work carried out to a high standard and vehicle was even cleaned when I come to collect 10/10 will definitely be using from now on.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Terrible service- do not use! Had our car for 6 weeks and did nothing with it except over charge us for a diagnostic which our recovery service had already done! In the end we had to have it taken to another garage and EAC failed to send the fuel injectors with the car. They were going to charge us double what we paid to have it fixed, kept the car 6 weeks for a days job. Do not use!
Clueless mechanics…
Took my Chrysler crossfire to this garage because the roof wasn't working after being unused for winter,they said they couldn't get the parts to mend it and suggested where we try,we did and paid £550 for the parts.they took a month to "fix" the problem and we collected it and paid a further £1400. We drove around the corner to a garage for petrol and the car wouldn't start afterwords do we left it there and they recovered it, this was on a Friday ,the garage is closed on a sat and Sunday ,on the Monday they said it was ready .we collected and drove home and it's not started since,it's sitting on drive,at least we could drive it before .they have no idea how to mend this car and just don't want to know now,if we want them to have another look at car ,we have to pay for a recovery and they will put right anything they did wrong.but we have already paid out over £2000 for nothing .
Terrible garage DO NOT USE
Terrible garage, completed work that didn't need doing, damaged my car and it came back with three same faults as it went in for with a £600 bill.

They changed my original battery and denied it. They replaced it with a dodgy battery. I would not recommend them.
AVOID AT ALL COST
Dropped my car off on Tuesday to have power steering pump coded to the vehicle. They garage ended up carryout work which was not request. Once informed that i filled in the diagnostics report they required they stated i wouldnt be charged for the work carried out. I was then informed they cant do my car as the hour time slot was used. So i let them keep the vehicle the next day and once again i had a call from Stewart who said the system they use is down and he doesn't know when it will be up and running, He then told me i could pick the car up and book it in another time which wasnt a option so i asked if they could do it the following day first thing. The tone used by Stewart was not very professional and lack of knowledge was if concern. They agreed and the following day i received a text message saying they had tried to call me but was unable to get through, even though i have never had a issue with my phone connection before. The text message said the power steering pump is wrong model and it cant be coded along with i need to pay 104. 34. I had enough by now and picked the car up and paid the balance to a female staff member who was very approachable and polite, Stewart was no where to be seen.
There was no advice or recommendation from the garage just pick your car up type of attitude. I have dealt with a number of garages in my time and this was by far the worst
I decided to call out a mobile diagnostics gentleman who sorted the issue in no time.
