Having received poor service and advice from another garage I took my car to EAC for a second opinion.
Within 24 hours the problem was discovered, new parts were ordered and the car was repaired.
Not only was I impressed with the speedy service of the mechanics, all the staff on the help desk were extremely helpful and friendly.
From now on I’ll have no hesitation to take my car to EAC.

Most garages get good reviews when they get things right but the mark off a good garage is when they don't ..I gave EAC 5* review for customer service after fitting new fuel pump to my saab 9.3..few weeks on I had few issues and I felt these were not being sorted by Andy the general manager so I contacted managing director Mark Kettle ..this guy has passion for the firm..he his dedicated to customer service he emailed me to ring him asap..within an hr I had a driver deliver to my home all missing paperwork plus credit voucher for major service ..with 2 hrs funds I should not have paid were credted to my bank..
Yes they got it wrong ..people are human but this guy sorted it fast.

Under any circumstances DO NOT use this garage.

I had a problem with my head gasket(failure), i was charged £1149.00 for all repairs(head gasket, water pump, valves, spark plugs etc). 2 days later my car broke down again and the head gasket again failed i had the same problem as at first. the garage inspected my car and told me the reason the head gasket was failing was because there was a problem with the engine block and i wasn't under EAC's warranty. I was told i needed a new engine and had to pay futher for any more repairs.

Diagnosed and remedied a potentially serious problem with the engine on my vehicle. A very professional Company , friendly and customer focused.
Highly recommended.

Told i need a new cat on a petrol car that had only done 11.000 miles as it had failed its mot on emissions. Also i could not drive my car out of the garage as it had failed its first mot even though it was in for mot four days early took to audi . Lambader sensor not cat very poor

EAC just did the first 'Oil Change and Inspection Service' on my Audi A3. As the car is still under warranty I wanted to make sure that the service done by EAC would not compromise the warranty... I was assured that the service would be done exactly as per the Audi schedule.
I found the whole experience to be superb and the people I dealt with were excellent (Andy, Debbie & Roger).
As a former engineer in the automotive industry, I am very particular about the work done on my car, and I'm totally satisfied that it was done to the Audi schedule. The price for the service was significantly less than I've been quoted by Audi so I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
An added bonus was that the car was collected in the morning, and returned to my home mid afternoon, having been valeted.
Highly recommended... will be using them in future.

It was my first time using this company,
I brought my car in for an MOT and the quality of service given here is amazing
They basically saved me £500 that I was about to spend by giving a fantastically simple solution to what could have turned into an expensive problem, so I left there extremely happy today and I will be recommending them to everyone, their customers are obviously important to them which is great to know as I would have had to pay the £500 had they not have used their knowledge and skills to help.
The customer service was so friendly and helpful from start to finish...
And a nice tea/coffee TV area to relax in while you wait... all complimentary!

I have used EAC Telford in the past, needed to know that the work carried out was done correctly as I rely on my vehicle for freelance work.

There was a technical and logistic issue with my car door, EAC committed to fix it, irrespective of time incurred at a fixed price.

Great team of people and a rare 'beast' of a company in any line of business these days, one that delivers old fashioned customer service.

Was looking for some premium quality tyres for my new car and EAC recommended some Davanti tyres. Was a little skeptical at first, as had always used Goodyear, but I read the reviews and decided to give them a try.

Everything EAC said about the tyres was spot on and am glad I listened - again - to the advice they gave me.

I have been a customer of EAC’s for over 10yrs and they have never ever steered me wrong. Their professionalism, service, quality of work and attention to detail is top notch and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Book your car in with this garage you won’t regret it.

Had my car serviced yesterday, Very fair and gave a few advisories which were not serious but another garage would have been trying to get more money out of me. Very honest.

Very impressed throughout.
Able to book via internet search for a slot 2 days away and then received confirmation with email offering a slot for next day.
Car was in for repair, they traced the fault with the air conditioning (which another garage couldn’t, main dealer had approx 10 day wait time so wasn’t an option)
Needed parts, they obtained them overnight and car was fixed before 11am next day ready for our Summer holiday (with air con working)
Mark and the people on reception were very polite throughout.
These will be my chosen garage for the future plus they also offer a collection service.

Always take my van and cars here. Wont use anyone else
