Had my sevice today done by a lovely young man called Tom he was very polite helpful and efficient very thorough in his job would definitely recommend

Two guys turned up to service our air source heating system. They were very thorough and took about 2 hours to complete what had to be done. In previous services ( by another supplier) very little was actually done at all. Today they cleared the part that collects sludge from the system ( never been done before) and checked the glycol level ( never been done before) and topped it up. They didn't leave until they were satisfied that all was working as it should. V impressed!

Tom did an excellent and thorough job with care and good humour despite the fact that extra time was needed to fill the system with glycol and he was running behind schedule. A exemplary young man who Eco Services is fortunate to have as an employee.

Yearly service completed and the glitch in the programming has been sorted. Explanation of other issues relating to how the air source heat pump worked explained and a thorough service completed.

Excellent service. Clear explanation about the problem and fixed the problem on time. Prompt response when we called for help. The technician is friendly and a competent person . Thanks for your help!

Can’t express with words how happy we are with the service we received. The defrost function failed on our heat pump causing the unit to freeze up and in turn damage the fan and motor. All this was repaired in one visit by Stuart the engineer. He was extremely thorough and didn’t leave until everything was working perfectly.

Performed a Power Flush on our Samsung Air Source Heat Pump system six weeks ago.
Since then, ASHP regularly misbehaves, consuming double the expected amount of electricity.

Net Zero won't be achieved like this.

Had my annual service done today and also a towel rail put in the kitchen.
The engineer arrived on time...
Well presented . He set about his service task 1st checking the whole system...
He then got to the job of putting in a towel rail in the kitchen....
Very good. Lifted carpets upstairs to expose the floor. Found the nearest pipes , ran them across to the kitchen then down the wall . After fitting the towel rail to the wall he plumbed it in.
Can't thank eco services enough. Really good job . The work he did was top notch and everything was clean and tidy as he found it.
Dan at eco services organised the whole thing and his great organisation was carried on through the whole job.

I have just been transferred over to Eco Services after Greener Living went into administration. The call taker on the phone who booked my service at Eco Service could not have been more helpful about booking my service after Greener Living failed to turn up for it before going into administration. The Man who turned up to go my service was absolutely lovely, friendly & took his time & was very through in serving my ASHP. He advised me that my Glycol levels were too low & I chose to have this topped up at the time, he also advised me that the batteries needed replacing on my monitor and that some copper & plastic piping was incorrect & done incorrectly by Greener Living when they installed it. I have not been able to fault the service from Eco Services both in the call centre & the lovely man who came out to service my ASHP. I would recommend Eco Services.

Gentleman was very good. Checked our heat pump and boiler for an hour and gave me good advice on keeping our heat pump in great working order.
