Really nice guy explained what he had to do. Then explained what he was doing and why. Did loads more than the last service man. He was very thorough and we are well pleased.

Was a little surprised that with my cover there are things not covered, more disappointed that the fitters from Greener Living didn't fit something as well costing me a repair, but the engineer showed me how to push the rad temps up as this was an issue last winter and none of that is in him or the work he did which was good.

Above and beyond.
All work completed in good order. Good communications, hard working, efficient and competent.. couldn't ask for more.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that goes out of their way to help. I had a communication issue with my room thermostat and they emailed me a YouTube video for me to follow. No need for an engineer this time as I managed to sort it with the guidance of the video. They also followed up with an email to make sure all was well. Cracking company, can’t recommend highly enough 👍

Very thorough service. Ryan was polite and caring for our age group of pensioners. He did a thorough service and we are very pleased.

Servicing engineer arrived in very good time and did a very thorough and professional job on the system and the air source heat pump. He drew attention to and shared details of the low glycol level and promptly took agreed remedial action to safeguard the efficiency of the whole system.

Engineer was polite & knowledgeable and serviced the air source pump without needing me to explain anything other than where it was! All done in half an hour.

Had a problem with my control panel and eco services tried very hard for me to resolve myself without the need for a call out with extra cost. However that was not possible and so an engineer arrived within hours on the same day to sort.

Unfortunately another poor experience to add to my earlier review in July. Now a third failed attempt to get my heat pump serviced. This time an engineer, Tom, did arrive at the appointed time and date but he was unable to proceed with the service as he hadn't been given the appropriate information by the office regarding access issues to the pump (I have no issues with Tom who was perfectly polite and ready to work if he could). This was despite me specifically requesting that this information, including photographs which I had sent in, were provided in advance to the engineer before any visit. I rang the office that day to complain about another wasted morning (we were unable to attend a funeral as a result) and had to leave a message as no person was available to speak to. Six days later we have still had no contact from the company, either to apologise or to try to reschedule our service. As I said in my previous review, this company is not to be trusted, at least until they have proved that they can provide a reliable service of good quality. Be very wary.

This is the first time Eco Services have serviced our heat pump installation having taken over the maintenance agreement from our previous provider. Tom came to us and was extremely thorough, cleaning filters and vents as he checked everything over. He made sure to not leave any mess and was very friendly throughout.

This company ‘inherited’ my service contract for my air source heat pump 9 months ago after the previous supplier ceased trading. My service was already overdue. I have since had two appointments made for service visits but on neither occasion has an engineer either visited or telephoned to explain why they weren’t coming.
I rang today to ask for an explanation and was promised a call back which never came.
Please be very wary of this company until they have proved to you, by their actions, that they are offering a reliable service.

First time using Eco Service. Technician was on time and did a good clean job. Service picked up that anti freeze was low and was able to top us straight away.
