Today, my first service With eco-services engineer arrived on time extremely professional very polite did a complete thorough job on my heat source pump extremely pleased

Great support today from Eco Services when dealing with a fault on our ASHP. This is our first interaction after moving via our installer to a service plan with this company. Super prompt reply and managed to sort the issue via telephone with an electrical engineer avoiding any call out fees.

Engineer was thorough and professional

Routine service of our air source heat pump hot water and central heating system. First time it has been done by this company and absolutely delighted with the quality of the service and sorting out a problem that I had put up with for a long time, Tom the engineer figured out the issue straight away. Also found the pressure gauge wasn't working, topped up the glycol. Came back today to change the faulty parts and the replacement was completed in a very short time. This is the most comprehensive service we have had done to our system and I cannot fault the service or company personnel. Very pleasing to find a good honest company that provides outstanding customer service these days. Highly recommended.

The service engineer that came to service my heat source pump was very efficient explaining to me what he was doing, he reset the water tank temperature, checked all the radiator and cleaned the filters out and left the house clean before left property.
