Heat pump service
Tom arrived and worked through everything in the house and the tank. He is polite and didn’t rush through it all. I feel confident that my system has had a full service to a high standard. He also helped with an app issue, which we resolved and he was patient and understanding. Excellent.

Heat pump service carried out to a great standard. The engineer was friendly and reconnected my broadband to the equipment and the Mel Cloud App. He sorted out a small leak near the hot water cylinder.
