Egertons were sent out after I called Green Flag re. flat battery on our car. They came sooner than advised, were very quick and helpful.

Need an option for 0 stars, I sat in the dark for 6 hours. I am a young girl and I did say on the phone I felt uncomfortable in the dark just sat on an unknown street for hours in the cold. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and needs a new job because customers service is not a skill of hers. After calling at 6pm, I got home at 1am - thanks so much

Egertons recovery driver turned up within 30 mins of reporting breakdown,the driver carefully put the vehicle onto the back of his wagon and took us our home,a helpful recovery driver.

Called for vehicle breakdown and I was informed 90 - 120 minutes, 4 hours later called again informed another hour. I'm not holding my breath as this is a typical experience for my company that has one the largest fleets in the UK. We have even had a lone female Engineer abandoned at motorway services only to be picked up by the same driver hours later!!
Absolutely disgusting service, I called them out due to my alternator belt snapping, they came out, removed my old belt (throwing it on the floor), said someoune would be back in touch within an hour to arrange a new on to be fitted. No call from them, nobody turned up, left us stranded.
I would give no stars if I could. I got a hole in my tyre from a pot hole on the motorway and was left in a dangerous location. I rang at 715pm… they did not come out.. the estimated time was changing and last I heard it was 1030pm!
My partner rang AA at 915pm as I have a health condition that needed attention. They were out in 40 mins. I cancelled my green flag who use Egertons recovery.
Horrendous experience. Do not use. They should have more fleet on standby!
I called today regarding a query, the lady that dealt with my call was really professional & helpful. I suffer with anxiety & get really anxious when on the phone. The lady was so polite & patient. I appreciate the great customer service.

Utterly awful - I would avoid this company at all costs. My vehicle was stolen from my driveway overnight 3 weeks ago and was initially recovered by the police the next day to a police compound. Since then my insurance company has informed me that the vehicle would be moved to their preferred garage to have locks changed so that it could be released to me. During the last 2-3 weeks, Egertons have been extremely unhelpful and have taken zero interest in attempting to recover my car. I have been provided with every excuse as to why my vehicle could not be collected, ranging from non authorisation of fees to them being too busy to collect my vehicle, despite my insurance company confirming that they have instructed Egertons to collect it. When speaking to Egertons directly to resolve this issue I have either been told the vehicle would be collected that day for no collection to be made, or told that I could “tell my insurance to use a different provider if I don’t like it”. The level of customer experience I have received is horrendous and I would avoid this company at all costs.
Currently on 3 weeks of waiting to get my sons car picked up from a garage and moved to another one. The Egertons base is literally 3 minutes away from the garage where the car is waiting for collection. when they do feel like answering the phone it's usually after at least a 30 minute wait and just give a standard reply of we have a backlog. Absolute joke of a company.
Car was taken to stechford branch after and accident one of the employees stole £200 from the car and on other occasions I saw an employee opening car doors and boots to search for valuables.
Management may be ok as will be majority of the staff but the issue of missing items valuables and money needs addressing.
