Quick and easy experience using Ekoflow for the first time to empty our septic tank.
Responsive and quick communication to a few questions we had, easy to book, and turned up on the scheduled day (and just a few days after booking too).
Price was competitive, far less than equivalent quotes we received.
Driver/engineer was friendly and knowledgeable - all in all a great experience, would highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding company! Our sewage treatment plant stopped working so I went online to find a company that could come and inspect it. 2 companies immediately popped up that grabbed my attention, one of which was Ekoflow. As most people do nowadays, I read the online reviews. I have to say that at the time of reading there were 573 five star reviews, and nothing else, no reviews below that rating, so I thought “too good to be true?” So I started to read each review, and noticed that each one was pretty much in depth, which usually means that they are not just quickly typed generic reviews, which could have been written by anyone, so I started to realise that these reviews are genuine ones. What I also noticed is that each of these reviews were replied to by name by the company themselves, which I thought, after spending many years in customer services jobs, was what customer service is all about. I then thought to myself that with all these excellent reviews that they would not cover our area, but I thought, if I don’t give them a call I’ll never know?. So I called them, and spoke to Lucy, and she told me that they did cover our area, and she took our details and told me story could get someone out to us the next morning. I had struck gold! Lucy was so friendly, helpful and reassuring that I felt relieved that we were in good hands. Lucy told me that I would get a text from the engineer in the morning with an ETA, and true to her word, the engineer sent me a text to say that he was on his way, and much earlier than I anticipated. Tom, the engineer arrived 38 minutes after the text, and did a full assessment, and was able to find the fault and carry out the necessary repairs. Our unit was up and running in under an hour. Tom also explained to me how everything works, how to correctly maintain our unit, and advised on routine maintenance, he is incredibly knowledgeable and a true asset to the company. I called the next morning to pay my bill, as I did not want to keep Ekoflow waiting, as they didn’t keep me waiting, but I was too eager, and the invoice had not yet been generated. However I did receive the invoice by email and called back to pay. Once again I spoke to Lucy as she took payment, and I thanked her for organising everything so quickly for us, and that it was greatly appreciated. I also spoke to Ryan, the owner of the company, and we had a nice little chat about the service that we had received, and all I can say is that I wish Ryan and his extraordinary team all the very best, and all the success they truly deserve. I cannot thank them enough, and will continue to use their services from now on. I highly recommend them. I don’t do that many reviews, but I felt I needed to do this one as this incredible company should get the recognition it truly deserves. People usually do in depth bad reviews, but only one word, or a few words when it comes to good reviews, so hopefully this review will encourage others to use Ekoflow in the future. We rang up with a really last minute request and Lucy and Ryan at Ekoflow were both enormously helpful - got out to do our inspection the very next day due to having a cancellation, were really communicative about when it would be/when they were on their way/calling with main info as soon as the survey had been done and they also got our report to us by 9am the next morning. Really helpful thank you!

Great service, prompt and efficient, Graham was able to diagnose the problem, replace the faulty unit, also gave some very useful insight into the workings of the tank, would thoroughly recommend and will use for all ongoing servicing emptying etc

Charged for a site visit which lasted no time at all. Representative didn’t seem to know much, was very vague on everything and kept suggesting they would need consultants and further surveys. Estimate not quote, estimate was ridiculously high compared to all other quotes received. Very disappointing.
