Ekoflow came recommended to me by a colleague who said “they are the only septic tank guys I trust”.
I’m pleased to say, after having several tank empties and a whole new sewage treatment system from them, that they have not disappointed at all.
Arranging emptying was very easy with a very quick turn around and competitively priced.
Likewise, the quote for the new system was very competitive versus others I had received and every single person in have had the pleasure of interacting with at ekoflow, from the office to the field, have been great. The install team were really great guys who told me what they were doing at all stages and went above and beyond on a number of instances.
I’m almost sad that, now I have a new system, I won’t have to deal with them as much anymore!

Had an Aeration Throttle Valve fitted as suggested. We will see in time whether it will block up as one had been once before.

Determined thorough

Recently moved into a property with a water treatment plant. After a few months we were getting a smell. We had little knowledge of how the system works and the dues and don’ts. We booked an engineer to come out. He went through with me step-by-step how the system works and all the things that we should and should not be using. This is to keep the system working properly. They also emptied and cleaned out the system. It’s not too expensive to have a service, empty and clean. The engineer managed to book us last minute to get the tank emptied. As he wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us going forward.
