Good on emptying, service charge a bit much for no service
We had our Klargester emptied last week and had booked in for a service while the technician was out. The emptying went fine but the technician could not perform the service as he could not see the soakaways (saying he would need to return with an excavator to find them, obviously costing a lot more). We happily paid for the emptying but when I called to query the full charge for a service that could not be performed, I was told that was the more cost effective option compared to a call out charge.
It does feel a bit much to be charged £210 for someone to open a manhole cover and have a glance inside before saying nothing can be done, so my advice would be to use Ekoflow for emptying and ask the technician on the day whether a service is possible before requesting that to be done separately.
EDIT: Following from Ekoflow, I can confirm they sent a revised invoice for half the price. I appreciate the gesture but I had already paid the invoice as per the advice from the customer service agent I spoke to on the phone.

It was a very complicated work package…
It was a very complicated work package and some of the new sewage pump was not compatible with the old set up. They have a young team who are so positive and ‘think outside of the box’ .
I have already recommended the team to someone else in our beautiful village of Dyrham.

A first class service...
We have been very impressed with Ekoflow. Our first contact with Imogen was comprehensive as we stated our situation. She immediately understood and acted and within a day a meeting was set up. The site visit was carried out with very good attention to detail and followed up with a report, again within 24 hours. This is truly a first class service.

Ekoflow - efficient and effective
We had our failing septic tank replaced with a domestic sewage plant a year ago. Ekoflow did a good job, tidy, efficient and it has worked unnoticeably in the background since then. The first service and empty was done this week, well arranged and prompt, everything in order and took less than an hour, including time to answer my questions that I should have asked a year ago!
