Excellent service. Sent quotation straight away and completed work within 14 days as advised. Very helpful and understanding staff. I would definitely recommend.

Phil, Steve and the team at Elegant fires have been brilliant! They did all the work needed to prepare our chimney for a log burner, sourced and installed the log burner and granite hearth and did it all in record time for us. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work and they are all great guys to work with. We will definitely be recommending and using elegant fires again!

Excellent service as always. Thanks Phil!

We’ve used Phil twice now and both times they’ve delivered a quality service. Both fires look fantastic and I’d highly recommend them. Good tradesman are hard to find these days. Good to see they’re still some around.

Ordered parts which arrived within 48hrs, very easy and efficient service.

Reliable , punctual and reasonably priced. Lovely team, who can’t do enough for you . Highly recommended.

Had a fire fitted yesterday by Phil and he’s done a fabulous job, but after 30 years plus fitting fires this chap definitely knows what he’s doing!! Clean, professional, knowledgeable and no nonsense advice. He’s also added a date to his diary to let us know when our yearly sweep needs doing. We felt that safe fitting of our stove was paramount to us and therefore we are more than happy to recommend this company.

Great job. Well done.

Great company and would highly recommend! Phil and his team did an amazing job and we are so pleased with our new fireplace and log burner. Would highly recommend this company!!! We would definitely use them again. Thanks Phil & Steve 😊👍🏻 X

Having been recommended Elegant fires by a neighbor, We were really pleased with the Service provided by Phil and his team.
From estimate to completion, we were kept fully informed of progress and the price quoted was the price we paid(No hidden extras).
The team were very reliable and always arrived on time and provided a high quality installation throughout.
A Very friendly, qualified and expert team, nothing was too much effort and they always ensured that care and consideration was given to protecting the furniture at all times and that all rubbish was removed.
So, big thanks to Phil, Steve and Andrew for an excellent job which were are really pleased with.
I would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them to anyone. (Just make sure you have plenty of Coffee and biscuits on hand)

Cant fault the workmanship from him and his team. Very professional throughout the process whilst keeping us informed of every aspect of the installation. Steve was constantly cleaning up there was no mess whatsoever would highly recommend him the price he quoted was the price we paid no added extras. Big thankyou to Phil, we love our logburner.
