My boiler was leaking and Frankie and the team managed to pinpoint the problem really quickly. They managed to fit me in around other planned jobs which was extremely helpful. They were all really friendly and also neat and tidy. The price was reasonable and I felt I could really trust their advice and their pricing. My boiler is old and previous heating engineers have tried to up-sell me a new boiler there and then, which I was grateful that Frankie didn't do. I highly recommend them!

I cannot fault their service - toilet fixed, boiler serviced, no mess, very friendly, prompt, professional, Covid safe, and a good price. We needed our boiler serviced and a replacement kitchen mixer tap fitted. On recommendation, we booked Elite Heat and are very happy with the quality of service and workmanship provided.
