Very competitive pricing. Hopefully, I’ll never need to use Emergency Assist, but if I do, then I just hope that it all works out, I’ve no reason to suspect it won’t, but I’m just cautious.

Trying to stop my policy from automatically renewing is impossible. I received my quote for this year & it was much higher. And very vague as to what I was covered for. I rang the customer service number as the email advises, and went through all the options to the cancellation line. Was then put on hold for over an hour , nobody picked up. I tried this on three separate days and times. I tried transferring to a different option each time, with the same thing happening. Eventually I tried the renew my policy one and surprise surprise was answered right away. I was then, ( after excuses were made about how busy they were) given an email address and told to email them with my cancellation request. Funny they weren’t busy when taking your money. I emailed them and received an email back confirming cancellation of my policy. I have been with them for over four years and thankfully never had to call them out, which would obviously be a nightmare, I looked at other customer reviews and that is definitely the case, also hidden extra costs. Complete waste of money and time. Stick to the well known breakdown cover providers, that offer excellent service and are much cheaper to. Avoid this one and save yourself a lot of stress. I would have liked to reach out to the customer service team. But nobody would answer the phone, wasted enough of my time and energy on this. The email worked eventually,so hopefully my policy won’t automatically renew.

The recovery driver was quick, communicated really well and even offered to take me back home after dropping the car at the garage. I couldn't fault him. Five stars from me

Will defiantly not be re joining. after years of having them as my emergency assist, and hearing such positive things about them when people broke down, I have kept my membership going. then when I actually needed them in December of last year, what a total disappointment.
a few years ago my sister in law who was a member broke down miles from her house. she needed to get herself family and car back to her home, and a local garage she knew. Emergency assist went out their way to help, getting her a number of pick up vehicles on route to bring them all back, change vans and progress on journey till she arrived home.
when I broke down in December I was told someone would come out and take my car to the nearest garage, I knew no one or no garage, and then I had to make my own way home with an allowance I think of £40 from where ever the garage was to the nearest station. It was at night it was cold dark and I don't even know if the trains were still running, I was told if I started my car and tried to get home I could not call back and then get picked up from a new place.
I had no option but to give it a go and try, luckily I made it home and took to my local garage who do all the work on my car.
I cancelled my membership with emergency assist and would not recommend them to anyone. my daughter then had a very similar experience and has also now left.

Awful. Didn't need to renew my cover so contacted Emergency Assist as I received an email stating that my cover would auto renew. After 30 minutes waiting, was told that my cover would not auto renew as per my request online. Low and behold, I've been charged. Absolutely furious.

Appalling Company totally refusing to answer my 5 emails sent 1 phone call unanswered. Even though they said to trust pilot if I emailed them again they would promptly look at my complaint. They have taken money from my bank without consulting me first. I did not sign up for an auto renewal, I never do. But they took my money out on 03/07/26 and informed me on 04/07/26 that they had done this, gave me no prior warning, as they should have done, now I have tried to contact them all these times to CANCEL they are totally ignoring me. I have contacted my bank who are investigating this company, I have even emailed the director of this company. This is no way to operate. They will no doubt reply to this for me to email them again to get it sorted, why don’t you answer all my previous emails you scammers.

I had my disabled son with me and was a bit concerned how long it would take for a recovery lorry to be with us
I had a phone call from the driver about 10 minutes before he arrived
from the time I called you to the time he arrived was no more than 3 quarters of an hour
fantastic service thankyou

The price is great compared to other breakdown services. Being a Blue Light Card holder, I thought I would save a pittle bit more by entering the discount code. I was rather confused when it became over £10 more expensive with the discount! I'm pretty sure there are laws against things like that! (ie: Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations).
Maybe it's just a messed up algorithm on your website, but it's unfair and illegal.

It was a little tricky getting hold on someone but once we did we got given a time window of 2 hours and it needed up only being around 45 minutes. Everything moved so smoothly and my car got taken away to a garage.

The credit card linked to the breakdown cover expired and I received an email to say the renewal had not gone through. I changed the card details and paid the same day. The renewal was then due to start seven days after this payment. I emailed to ask if this could begin from the day that I paid, but received no reply. I am now worried about the level of service if I do breakdown.
