My daughter loves her mug the quality and finish is to a very high standard. Will definitely purchase again from Emma Bridgewater.

Poor choice of courier
Order sent out on time, but sent with the worst rated courier according to ofcom, Evri. Order never arrived. Sent 3 inquiry forms to customer service, but had no response. Eventually had to call and get a refund

Perfect pottery experience
We had a fantastic day at the factory. The tour was really interesting & everyone was welcoming & friendly. The afternoon tea was delicious & we really enjoyed the painting experience. Would have been nice to have an extra 15mins to finish our master pieces!
