Sarah made sure I was happy with my ring which I love - it’s perfect. Highly recommended, I look forward to wearing my ring daily so I’m able to carry a part of my much missed mare with me.

My ring arrived today and I can’t believe how absolutely beautiful it is. I lost my beloved horse of 21 years back in October, I ordered on Sarah’s website, very easy process. Sarah’s communication was absolutely spot on, keeping me up to date when his mane arrived.
I was fully aware that I would have to wait at least/ minimum of 6 weeks for my piece to be made and delivered, it’s also pretty clear on her website to.
These pieces are made to order so be realistic and be prepared to have to wait.
Would I use Sarah again? Yes I absolutely would, and yes I would highly recommend her. Her work is absolutely beautiful

Having used Enigma some time ago to create a bracelet, which was flimsy and broke but was repaired, when we lost our 32 year old home bred I decided to order again two bracelets. It was 22 November so with time very short before Xmas and a gift meant for ill mother therefore before ordering I enquired if they could be made by Christmas. The email from Sarah said 'cannot promise but will do my best' and advised me to order as soon as I could. I ordered immediately and I received an email from her telling me the hair had arrived. I felt the order was with someone who would do their best to make the date of 21 December. I felt I could trust. I politely emailed three weeks later to ask how it was going and if the 21 December was going to be possible and was told bluntly
that Unfortunately they had received alot orders in a short space of time as often happens in the lead up to Christmas and all they could do was work through them.
When I expressed my disappointment and asked why I hadn't been given this information about other orders when I had the 'hair has arrived' email or a courtesy email to advise that 21 December would not be possible. I received the most shocking reply using CAPS told I was being vile and did not have time to deal with my ‘attitude’. My order was also cancelled by Enigma. To add further distress she refused to send our horse mane back unless I sent £9.5O via paypal.
This was the worst most awful upsetting experience I have ever had as a customer . I feel that I was tricked into making an order that she had no intention of completing within the time I had requested. I am not an unreasonable and do understand that these bracelets take time. But I feel that there was complete lack of customer care and courtesy and lack of understanding of what placing your trust and precious horse hair in someone else’s hands truly means to the horse owner. I would not recommend Enigma to anyone again. Thankfully they are not the only company offering this service. Tail end.

So happy with my beautiful necklace. It is absolutely stunning. Sarah has done an amazing job. Was quick to respond to my email queries prior to me placing the order. My horses tail hair was originally a bracelet that had been made many years ago (made elsewhere). Due to it being worn all the time it was starting to fray so I stopped wearing it, luckily I came across Enigma Horse Hair Jewellery. Sarah took my bracelet and turned it into the Infinity pendant. I am now able to wear my heart horses tail again in a stunning piece of jewellery. Would absolutely recommend.

When the bracelets arrived they were very flimsy and the clasps were tiny (whereas they looked larger & more robust on the website), the bracelets do not seem like they will last. As they cost almost £100 each and being made as a special momento of our wonderful horse we want them to last. Also the engraving looks really amateur and the silver wound into one bracelets is all uneven. When I contacted the seller she refused to help in any way and was very abrupt and unkind, which given that we were grieving was hard to take.

What a lovely ring. Sarah was really helpful and supportive and even made sure my ring reached me before I moved house! It means a lot to me as it contains a piece of my pony’s hair. Thank you so much

Couldn’t recommend using Enigma Horsehair Jewellery enough. I‘ve had two rings made through Sarah and both have been exceptional. The first was made 11 years ago and despite being worn regularly is still going strong.

Following the passing of my horse last year, I saw Enigma Horsehair was still going so recently reached out for a new ring. Sarah has done another brilliant job with incorporating the hair into the jewellery and was exceptionally patient and professional throughout the process.

You can tell how much care she puts into each piece. And any horse hair she doesn’t use will be sent back, which I deeply appreciated.

I ordered a customised horse head sculpture from Sarah at Enigma Horsehair Jewellery.
Prior to the purchase I messaged Sarah via e-mail to ask a few questions & send numerous photos. I received prompt replies, some even quite late at night.
She sent me photos of the finished sculpture for me to check prior to her posting it. I requested a tweak which she completed with no issue at all.
I've received the finished sculpture today and I'm really happy with it. It's a great likeness of the horse it's of.
This is going to make a fantastic gift for the person I've had it made for.

She has been absolutely amazing from the first point of contact, just days after I lost my horse of a lifetime, right up to the point when I received the most amazing ring and necklace created by her. Many a tear was shed when I opened the parcel but they were tears of joy along with sadness at the loss. I now can carry my beautiful girl with me wherever I go, forever. That heart breaking day came when I had to say goodbye to my beautiful boy I wanted something so he could be with me every day after a lot of searching and comparing other websites I found Enigma website which stood out to me with a wonderful selection and detailed easy to follow instructions.
Today I received my Ring and Bracelet all I can say is amazing what a talented lady all arrived perfect and fits well, i was unsure on the ring sizer that Sarah sent so went to a jewellery shop to confirm my size as it was important to me to get it right first time however the ring sizer was correct after all 😊 Sarah was amazing by letting me know when my boys tail hair arrived which comforted me knowing how precious this is too me.
Not only do I now have my boy with always Sarah returned the unused hair as well.
As I have hair left over I would not hesitate to order again from Sarah.

My old boy, gained his horsey angel wings late last year at the grand old age of 32 and Sarah made the most beautiful ring with his tail hair and I had to have a diamond in it as he was called Steel Diamond.
The ordering process was easy with clear instructions on what to do. Sarah was very prompt and professional with her messages and obviously very talented in what she does. I would highly recommend.
