I have today received my beautiful made-to-measure gold bangle that has my horse’s hair neatly plaited down the middle of it. From start to finish the whole process with Sarah has been supportive and she has been genuinely keen to produce a bespoke piece of jewellery that is stylish and of course means the world to me. I would 100% recommend this company.

Poor quality work, would not recommend! The owner of the business is very unreasonable to deal with.

I have ordered a ring with my late pets fur. Sarah was helpful in her communication to begin with. When I received the ring it had several flaws including an actual hole on the back of ring. As soon as this was brought to Sarah’s attention she got very defensive and rude on her emails. Lots of sarcasm in her responses, blocked me on Facebook so I wouldn’t be able to share my review and also blocked me on emails wishing me to enjoy my “sad little life”.
Disgusting customer service and very unreasonable person to deal with. Takes no accountability for her poor work. Please please please avoid and save your money and your nerves having to deal with this person!!

It took four emails before you offered to repair only ONE of the many problems with the ring, you weren’t exactly forthcoming and suggested I’m better off getting my local jeweller to fix it.
You have made several excuses as to why the ring is poor quality, including blaming the fur of my lost pet which is really insensitive. I didn’t expect this considering the nature of your work and would have expected you to have more compassion.
I have not once threatened to ruin your business (I don’t have the ability to do so, but your reactions to genuine reviews accusing your customers of having mental health issues say something about how you handle things). I’m simply a customer left unhappy with the product I have received that’s not fit for purpose and have been refused a refund or a reasonable solution.
I don’t normally leave reviews of poor experiences especially to such a small business but your language and attitude had me so shocked I felt I had to share it. I would hate for someone else to go through this especially if they are going through a difficult time grieving over their lost pet.

I ordered a ring, necklace and stock pin using hair from my horse who passed away early this year and Sarah has done such a lovely and perfect job of creating beautiful pieces I can cherish forever and keep Attica close to me always🥰 Sarah has also been so lovely and helpful as well as kept me updated throughout the whole process!

I had two rings made from my horse’s hair. One is a wide band, no stone. The other is a wide band with a turquoise stone. They turned out so beautiful!! I was worried about sending off my the hair because it is so special to me, but Sarah didn’t need a lot to make them, and she walked me through the process and communicated the whole way. The hair arrived safely, and she returned everything she didn’t use.

I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I never normally leave reviews but i had to for this seller as she was amazing from start to finish. I was nervous at first due to sending something sentimental but sarah let me know asoon as it arrived and kept me updated till delivery also answered every question i asked, the finish product wich was a braclet made of horses tail was amazing cant put into words how happy i am really recommend this to anyone looking to have something made thats got sentimental and personal values to it.

I could not be happier with the ring that Sarah has made for me. Her work is fantastic and of extremely high quality. I added a bespoke motive to the design and she's done a brilliant job of it. It's exactly what I'd hoped for and more. A fantastic memory of my much loved horse who is now permanently attached to my finger.

Sarah was wonderful to work with, from beginning to end, offering advice on the best materials to use, design elements, sizing, and shipping of my ring to her. She is responsive, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and truly cares about getting it right. I could not be happier with the process and the ring!

Easy ordering, prompt communication. The ring was a double braid ring and when it arrived I was beyond thrilled. The comfort this gives me is huge, and I can't thank Sarah enough for this. Very professional and very highly quality product.

I had to have my Heart Horse, Fletcher, put to sleep too early. I wanted a special memento and searched the internet for ages before coming across Sarah's website. The process was seamless and Sarah let me know when his tail hair arrived safely and gave me a date by which to expect my necklace.
It arrived two weeks early and is absolutely perfect and as described. It isn't at all flimsy and the workmanship is excellent.
Fletcher will be with me always and the necklace will be treasured forwever.

What can I say...Sarah has enabled both my dear dear 4 legged best friends -my horses Jack and Molly to both be with me all the time when I sadly lost both of them the years.

Lovely memory jewellery made to order. Impeccable service. Worth the wait required due to being hand made, but arrived within the advised time frame. All items fit perfectly, and my daughter gets to keep her best friend with her always 🏇 Highly recommend.

Beautiful bracket made for my daughter, I asked Sarah to ensure the item was with me in plenty of time for Christmas and not only has she been true to her word it arrived mid November! Sarah stayed in touch all the way she let me know when she had received my hair and posted out my bracelet.
