Excellent service with great communication throughout

I received excellent service from Sarah with prompt replies to emails once I had placed my order. I was so happy with the silver heart pendant I ordered from her 😁 It was a birthday present for my daughter, giving her a treasured memory of her beloved horse.

Absolutely delighted with my 3 pieces of jewellery made by Sarah. The horse hair bracelets are beautifully finished and my horseshoe remembrance necklace is very special. Sarah provided an excellent service, very efficient and professional.

Sarah made a bracelet out of the tail hair of my wife's 2 horses which passed away over the last 2 years. The ordering was easy and quality of the bracelet superb. My wife is over the moon and has a cherished memory of Monty and Beau.

Sarah has done me proud on making my ring. My horse past away 9 years ago, I had a ring made then but I lost it, Sarah has made me a new ring and the detail is well done. The ordering was easy and she notified me of every step of it being made. I would definitely recommend Sarah to friends.

Rude owner. Can't take criticism at all and claims her customers are "stalking" and "harassing" her. Needs an attitude check.

Sarah was in touch and communicated before I purchased. She did a custom order ring for me with hair from 2 treasured horses who have passed away. I wished for a ring the same as 1 on her website, but asked for 2 stones instead of 1, a diamond to represent my grey pony and a smoky quartz to represent my chestnut. The ring arrived too small, despite using the ring sizer and having many rings in the same size. The ring had 2 different sized stones. 1 stone was set higher than the other. 1 stone has a very small chip in it. Stones were bot lined up straight. I shared my concerns with Sarah who asked me to send ring back and she would try and straighten up stones (probably when stone was chipped) and size up for me. Ring has arrived back still too small (unsure if sized up at all) and stones were a bit straighter. Sarah said there is nothing she can do about the stone sizes or heights. Unfortunately, I cannot wear it and am left disappointed after spending a lot of time choosing what I wanted and where from. I can see Sarah has some amazing reviews, but this one is not so amazing, unfortunately. I wish I could upload pictures!

Looks far better and fits grand was an error and Sarah is aware of that as I told her I needed soap to remove it. She is also aware I was not content with the stone sizes or heights. None of which was explained before purchase. The review was at same time as my email to Sarah and as I said to her, can easily be edited or removed, but she does not wish to help because of my honest review. My review is not nasty or personal. It is an honest review from a disappointed customer who has spent a lot of money. I have never requested any discount from Sarah and that is not my intention at all. The chip can only be seen with an eyeglass and there is no photograph of my ring on Instagram that I can see. I am unsure why a business owner with marvellous customers and marvellous reviews would only wish to have her customers happy if they do not review (unless it is 5 stars)

My mistake. I admit when wrong, as am honest. The ring is on Instagram. My review is honest and unsure why I would chose not to be. My ring does have two different size stones at very different heights. Unsure why an honest and disappointed customer deserves argued with publicly. It's not even a particularly horrendous review. I wish I could attach photos.

We recently lost our pony at the age of 34. Wanted a keepsake, so sent the tail hair to Sarah at enigma. I wanted 3 braclets, one for myself and one each for my two granddaughters. We picked what we wanted and sent the hair to Sarah. We recieved them yesterday and they are amazing. Beautiful workmanship. We all absolutely love them. I would highly recommend enigma to anyone. In fact, Sarah sent what she didn't use and I just may have to have something else done. Thank you so much Sarah

It's hard sending off hair from your beloved horse who you no longer have, but Sarah let me know when she had received it, putting my mind at rest. She also made my bracelet and posted it to me exactly when she said she would. Very trustworthy and an excellent job. Thank you.

I have received my tail hair braided ring and I absolutely adore it, it’s such a personal moment getting a piece like this and Sarah was absolutely amazing in her communication, very warm and the service is impeccable. I was delighted to receive and would definitely recommend.

Just received my stock pin from sarah at Enigma. I absolutely love it. All of my 3 horses tail hair entwined into the pin. Very emotional as i had a bad experience with another company in regards to piece of jewellery made from my horse hair so i was a little scared to send the hair at first. Sarah was lovely from the start. Can't thank her enough making something so special. The engraved initials on the back makes it extra special. Can't wait to use it.

I waited two years after his passing to have a ring made of my horse's tooth and tail hair. The end result was incredible! Sarah was very responsive and her process met the timelines given at the start of the project. Shipping from the US was easy and the ring returned without excessive delay by the postal service. Sarah also returned the excess hair and the remainder of the tooth. Don't wait like I did!

Truly thrilled with my gorgeous ring.

I ordered a ring which was made in memory of my beloved dog. I have to say, the ring is lovely. I was very moved when I received it today and I have to say that the item was very well crafted. The service I received was great and the item was better than I thought it would be. Highly recommended.

I ordered my ring on the day of Sunny's cancer diagnosis as I knew he wouldn't be with us much longer. The ring I chose was a white gold band with a sapphire but most importantly, it was to have a braid of Sunny's tail hair inlaid around the band. Sarah was really helpful, confirming all the details, making sure I was happy with the order. The ring arrived exactly on the date it was expected (10 weeks) along with some left over tail hair. It's a beautiful ring which I wear all the time.

I had a ring made with some of my ponies tail hair, she was 35 when she passed in may , now she'll always be with me.....thank you Sarah!.... I'm absolutely delighted with it , and well worth the wait, will thresher it for ever!!
