I had a query about sizing and Sarah was very communicative and helpful in helping decide what size ring to go for. The turnaround time from ordering was as advertised on the website, almost to the day. And was so worth the wait.
I did need it to be resized once it had arrived but Sarah resized and returned my ring back to me within 5 days of her receiving it back from me.
It’s a such nice sentiment to have something to remember our furry friends by and I honestly couldn’t recommend Enigma Horsehair jewellery enough, such a find when I was initially looking for a ring for my rabbits ashes to be set into and all her designs are so unique and bespoke to Enigma.
