They seem pretty but the qualities low.
While the service when ordering is satisfactory and the gentleman who delivered it is very kind, the furniture is of low quality or the assembly instructions are not at all clear. You have to spend time looking to find what goes in, the hinges are not numbered, and their closures are problematic, and this concerns some kitchen cabinets that I bought.

First but certainly not last purchase!!
Let's start with the product. It was exactly as it was advertised. It arrived within the timescale set by the company and I must say so far we are loving it!! It is exactly what we needed and they delivered it!! As for the company.. well, they are very friendly, professional and they reply within moments of any concern you may have. Will I reccomend them? YES. Will I buy from them again? YES. One thing you may have to consider is the payment. That is of no fault of the company though since they do not use their own delivery service outside of Athens. You need to make the payment if full before buying if you live outside Athens. The company do let you know though before you make the final step of your order, so there is no harm in that to be honest. Once again, a big thank you cause they delivered what we were looking for months an a brilliant price with good quality material.

For deliveries out of Athens, we use outside transport companies at the current period, so we can send the products to you as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. For this reason, payment for each order that involves a transport company must be made directly to us.

The furniture is beautiful but the customer service didn’t provide any useful information about the whereabouts or delivery day of my order. Only vague responses to my emails.

Unexpectedly good quality of design; best value for money
The couch over outgrew my expectations! Up close, the design, the fabric and the softness of the pillows were perfect for my taste! I am also grateful for the delivery of the couch as the employee who brought the couch was very helpful, polite and very professional.

the order went very smoothly, delivery to the house was very fast.
Once assembled, the bed looks very nice. It's very easy to raise and lower. At first glance, you can tell it's not made in China. If anyone's considering buying it, I highly recommend it.

Terrible customer service,one month delay
The salesperson that placed the order for me filled out the wrong tel.number and i was waiting for almost a month to get my stuff.
Not to mention that their customer service team informed me that they would bring me my things WHEN they would have itinerairy for my region plus we have asked for 2 people to carry the sofa and they were undestaffed so we would have to wait longer. I had to volunteer myself to help carrying the sofa to get the job done so customer experience a one star.

We apologize for the error in the phone number when placing your order. We will ensure that similar mistakes are avoided in the future. For your convenience, we have set up other ways to contact you via email, so that if there are errors in any fields, we can reach you by other methods.
Regarding delivery to your floor, we try to use elevators or stairs to carry packages where it is needed. Two people are needed to carry packages that are too big and they do not fit in an elevator, like furniture. So, delivery might take a bit longer to organize a route with two drivers.
You can always receive your products with free delivery on the sidewalk throughout the whole of mainland Greece and arrange for them to be carried up using a lift truck if there is no elevator.

Damaged
My order took three weeks to arrive, but one of the boxes was torn during transport. Fortunately, the furniture was not damaged.
A piece of wood from the chest of drawers was broken in one place, so due to the delay in delivery, I had to use it broken just so I wouldn't have to wait another three weeks for it to arrive.
I expected much higher quality furniture, but it wasn't.
However, I must mention that the customer service was always very polite and they helped me with everything I asked them.
