I received a pair of hearing AIDS from these people and when they arrived they were not as advertised. These were advertised as invisible but instead they looked like a large piece of plastic on full view. I asked for a refund, returned them by registered post to the address they gave me by email. Royal Mail confirmed delivery and they were signed for.
The promised refund never came after several requests.
I paid by credit card and was covered by section 75 credit card act. The bank refunded me.
I would advise anyone who is having problems to contact their bank along with your local Trading Standards or better still, do not buy from these people.

Absolutely great hearing aids just some minor adjustments with volume. couple of days of adjustments and getting them right, there great hearing aids hearing a lot more sounds great valve for the price

After purchasing gen 4..I quickly realised that it was of no use to me, due to poor volume..on contacting the company, they advised me to pay another £90 fo the more powerful gen 5…on receiving the aid, I was horrified to see that the box was marked only for mild to medium loss, which was the same as gen 4..finally asked for a refund, as the goods were not fit for purpose. They refused. On the grounds of health and safety,,then I was sent a legal notice about what they could do to me.I have notified the trading standards in that companies area…this review will be removed. If and when I get a refund… please do not deal with this company..

Broke one of my hearing aids and they replaced free of charge great service.

My experience was great arrived very promptly in the post works great i can actually hesr the customers in work and my colleagues at the same time which i have for a long whike i would really recommend ES hearing.

Bought these for my husband now he can hear me thank you great hearing aids

Read all the other 1 star reviews and exactly what is happening to us. One aid did not work. 5th generation and still tried to get the extra £90 from us. At second call said they would arrange a refund. Joke. Since then calls and emails have got us no further. Nowhere near getting return address from them.

We will be reporting them to local authority consumer protection team at Islington Council, which I believe is the local authority. Also going to go down small claims court route and maybe to a national newspaper to see if they can warn public. Most of us are older and do not deserve this worry.

very comfortable, good sound quality, and the support is brilliant. I actually can't fault the product or the service to date, really good.

I've recently acquired a pair of 4th generation hearing aids from ES Hearing and couldn't be more delighted with them, different class to my old NHS pair and the after care is second to none.

Dont spend £1000s on hearing aids try these first .I can't believe the difference it has made to me .The charger is brilliant. Had a small query about the charger and they came back to me straight away and it was sorted.

It Is about 1 month since I contacted ES, about large print manual as we have impaired vision I was told that I would get a large print soon and after about 3 mobile messages, and 5-6 emails and promises of Large print customer support is lacking after you buy the product they don't want to know you very dissatisfied

Very helpful and friendly service. Delivery was quick and they are very helpful in resolving minor teething problems.

Despite there being some negative reviews, I can only say that when I had a problem, it was addressed in a very short space of time to my complete satisfaction.

Brilliant Service my earing aid Broke they are sending me a replacement free of charge. I am really satisfied with this company they address every thing straight away .Have no problem with recommending them what so ever. Thank you Eshearing

Great customer service. Brought a pair a few months ago , excellent product.i had an issue with the left side after a quick email chat they are sending out a replacement. That's great customer service.

Awful company. Read all reviews. Will not allow returns. Threatening emails. Please avoid!!!!

I am impressed with eshearing,my aid stopped working,they sent me an email within the 24 hour time frame,with suggestions of how to get hearing aid working.This unfortunately did not work.I sent another email and they have responded by sending me another hearing aid.So very happy with outcome.
