I am Ecstatic with Etax service. They have got me more money back from the ATO than I was expecting. Unfortunately I had to use another accountant last year and that cost me $825 and very little return. Great job ETAX 👏 👍

Easy to navigate and use. just followed the questions and prompts and i then asked husband to check and submitted. I had to use my husband's Visa card to pay for this, and that was also very easy.

Total incompetence
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with ETAX. I’ve spoken to at least 10 different agents, and every single one has given me a different answer. There is clearly no consistency or proper communication within their customer service team. I’ve now had to cancel my return twice due to their ongoing incompetence.
To make matters worse, the last agent told me that my tax return had already been lodged with the ATO. I double-checked this myself and found out that was completely incorrec, it has not been lodged. This level of misinformation is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as important as your tax return.
I will never use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

I really love doing my tax with Etax every year as they are spot on everytime. I've been using Etax for over 15 years now and they make it super easy and very quick to get a great return everytime.
